Okay, since we have many more members, this is just so that there is some fairness in the higher up ranks.
READ THIS BEFORE CHALLENGING!!!
1. If you already have another account on the site, then your second character will have to begin as a regular class of your race, and challenge to get into the elites/legendaries/Espada/masters/etc. Second accounts will not be handed elite spots.
2. Remember people: NO RANK JUMPING! You HAVE to challenge the lowest ranking Elite player if you are a normal rank. (Does NOT apply to captains as they are regarded as being on more even ground.)
3. WE WANT ACTIVE ELITES! Life can get busy, and so long as you notify us that you are going to be off for a few days, that is fine. But if you are constantly on only once a week or a blue moon, you WILL be kicked.
4. If you were kicked from the elites for inactivity, you do not get to ask for a position. You will have to wait to challenge the lowest rank or a captain and work your way up.
5. If you DO lose elite status, you can keep a few of the perks. You don’t lose bankai (vizards/shinigami), bountous can keep their extra element, quincies keep the third beginning tech, and privion can keep customized ceros SO LONG AS THEY TRAINED FOR IT. But other things may be revoked (vaizards see the elite sticky in vaizard land)
6. Since there has been many more new characters, and some of the lower legendary ranks have been challenged, or threatened to be, far too much, a new rule will be instated that the master ranks of all the species can only be challenged once a week. This means that only one normal arrancar/bount/vizard/quincy can challenge the lowest elite of their race once a week. As for captains, each captain can only be challenged once a week. (But if they’re challenged on a Sunday they can’t be challenged on Monday, for anybody who wishes to try and cheat this rule =_= ) Also, those already in the master ranks can only challenge their superior once a week. This rule has been created so that players can enjoy their positions for a while without worry of being challenged.
