Rules of Soul Society

0. Obey all rules.

1. Changing of Squads will be allowed, but must have permission of their current Captain. Also reasons why they would like to change Squads. When changing Squads the Shinigami forfeits all previous rank.

2. Captain are responsible for the actions of their subordinates.

3. All Captains shall attend all meetings.(Their are minor exceptions for this rule)

4. You must address the Captain Commander with dono as the Honorific. All other captains will be referred with the sama honorific regardless of relationship status with there subordinates. This is important due to the Captain Commanders wanting of structure.

5. If a Captain wants a permanent Bankai they are required to "re-perfect" it by get the required number of posts and training for it. This helps prevent rogues from going around with Bankais. As a captain your bankai is activated by the will of Jaden. Therefore if Jaden loses faith in you your hidden power is sealed again.

6. If you leave the Soul Society without IC permission from your captain then you earn a strike. The Captain Commander is basically the Captain of the Captains so this applies for them as well. Do not go to a place an cause a minor war if you do not have the Captain Commanders Permission. Or your just on your own.

7. Regardless of a Division that you are apart of you are required to obey an order from a Lieutenant or a Captain. However if you find the order unreasonable run away. If the Captain Commander gives you and order

8. After three strikes or if your a rouge you will be put on trial. After you lose the trial you will be ordered to Death. You will most likely die because all executions are Carried out by the Second Division.

All Rules and Changes must be brought to the Captain Commander before anything can be approved or changed.

NEW RULE:

While on Duty(Pretty much in meetings) or in the eye of the Public. All Shinigami will refer to others by Rank and Name. Now when meet in private or a more relax setting nicknames, first names, etc will be allowed.

Example: Captains will call each other Captains when in meetings or Eye of the public.

Slight edit to rule 4:
