The site is currently going through a Revamp. So certain things will slow down, such as application responses. However, once we have our revamp over, the site will return to its familiar luster. Just hold with us for a moment as we implement new rules and features to the site. This Revamp is expected to begin on 5/1/10 and shall conclude on 5/20/10. It will take a full ten days at least for the first half to conclude on account of size of staff and school.

Name: Shichiyou (Mercury)

Manifestation: Shichiyou is a tall mysterious man, a good foot taller than Kisho, long white hair that is braided with jewels and gems, his face is pale, or rather an off set of grey, his eyes are pointed and are pierced with some gems; on the middle of his forehead is a metallic grey tear drop.

Face: Shichiyou rarely moves in a facial expressive way, his eyes hardly blink, and his mouth hardly moves, no breath of air passes his lips, nor does a wrinkle of his brow or nose occur. Yet his face is hauntingly beautiful, crystal clear eyes seem to glisten, elegant and smooth is his skin, supple and soft as well.

Body: Shichiyou body is covered in a strange armor, a dark metallic grey color; it seems liquid yet solid at the same time, light as air and heavy as lead. Even his hands and feet are covered in the stuff, good two inch nails jut out of the armor, be them natural or metallic Kisho is unsure. There is no breast plate, instead if appears to be a soft silk like substance, yet it never blows in the constant wind of his spirit world. Shichiyou is holding a sword, or more properly, the sword floats when Shichiyou wishes it, otherwise it is sheathed. The sword is one of the most unique properties about Shichiyou, as it constantly grows and melts, and as it melts the liquid is the same color as his armor, but before it can even reach the bottom of his feet it forms into a bubble the size of his head, which proceeded to float lazily around, never being pushed by the wind.

Inner World:
Wind blows through a deep cut valley, grass is as long as your legs, yet never hinders your movements with its length, the entire valley is green, but not a tree in sight. Straight and narrow, the valley can hold three people abreast, or possibly four shorter people. Almost like a tunnel, the valley seems to stretch on to infinity, but as one looks to the side walls they become hazy and blurry, and you can’t focus clearly on them, like looking at something through a frosted window. Clouds move over head, rapidly and without stopping, only one to three appear at a time, but the whip down the length of the valley and are gone within a few moments. The wind in the valley is gentle, but one can tell from above that it is harsh and unforgiving. As one looks down to his feet, the ground is supple and soft, like after a fresh rain, only that the ground still holds it’s firmness, bouncy yet firm. Up above the clouds are grey, looking like they should drop rain any second, as the whisk by some often do, and a brief shower accompanies them. The rain is not water, it is mercury in liquid form, which means the clouds are mercury in gas form, and then you realize that the ground is solid mercury, and is only buoyant near the surface due to the sun. As the mercury rain falls, it coats everything in a metallic grey color, from grass to your hands and hair, everything, slowly it crystallizes and hardens, only to have the sun return and it dissipates into gas or liquid. The most different sensation in the world, as it trickles down your face and arms it feels wet and cold, but leaves no trace that it has ever been there, even on clothing, it is a moving wet spot until it reaches the ground were it gets absorbed by the rest of the ground.

Release Phrase: gin'yoku hadamihanasazu gaifuu shichiyou” (Silvery Wings carry the Southern wind, Mercury)

Family: Illusions

Level: Bankai

Sealed Zanpaktou: A sword of average length, and of average width, the only thing noticeable about it is the hilt. The scabbard is solid black, while from a distance it seems to be just a regular one, in fact the scabbard is jet, or rather it appears to be a giant piece of jet perfectly cut to fit his sword. The hilt of the sword is the most interesting feature about it; the cross guard is brightly polished diamond of steel, complete with two sliver feathers running down the handle. The handle is wrapped in snake skin, and then crossed over with fine silk and finally covered in the purple with golden diamond patterned inlays. When removed from the sheath the blade is wonderfully polished steel, sharpened on both sides, almost like they took to katana’s and cut them down the middle and then remade them together. The end is an engraved sun, but its “flames” are indented and can be used to remove souls from bodies similar to Urahara’s skull. The handle is a bit longer than an average katana, allowing Kisho to use two hands to fight, or more effectively giving rise to the “swallow” hits he uses. Over all the blade is light weight and extremely durable, a perfect sword for someone that was a member of division 11, with its double sharpened and unique handle, the katana is an impressive piece of weaponry to look at.

Shikai: The blade becomes pointed, and turns into a metallic grey color, indicating the mercury presence; the cross guard forms out into a diamond with curvy edges instead of points, slowly the blade straightens out into a perfectly straight line with a smooth blood trough running along both front and back end. The hilt becomes cane like, the end is a round sphere filled with mercury that is constantly swirling and whirling, the handle becomes mercury as well; solid and metallic, cold to the touch yet forms perfectly to the hand. The blade is sharp and pointed; the handle is softer and allows the reverberations from blows to not produce shock waves. The mercury runs down Kisho’s leg and up his hand, covering his hand in a pair of metallic gloves and his feet and most of his calves in a metallic boot that is as sharp as any blade. The gloves produce good one inch nails out of them, and the boot gets a pointed toe; at the wrists two small wings sprout out about the width of Kisho’s hand, they are the same metallically mercury as the sword, the same along the ankle of his boots, only the wings are slightly larger, razor sharp are the feathers, yet as they flap no wind or flapping sound is produced from them.

Shikai Ability: The Wings on his hands and feet allow him the ability to not use any reiatsu for shunpo, giving him a edge in a fight, even with experienced shunpo masters.

Bankai: Unknown, being illusions, Kisho can make any sort of appearance, or illusion he wants, and of course he uses it to trick and hinder his opponents guessing and assumptions.
*To Date, the gotei 13 believe his bankai to be wind based, and uses moves similar to Ichigo’s Zengetsu wave attacks. However, on one occasions a former captain saw him using a earth based zanpakuto for bankai but it is unknown if it was recorded*
Bankai Ability: ichihi herumesu (Fly Hermes)- This is when the legendary Southern Wind really comes into play, while some never figure out the “trick” others believe that he is so fast that nothing can touch him, and in fact they are both correct, there is a trick and if you don’t figure it out he can’t be touched. The small orb on the top of Kisho’s staff zooms away, (much like the snitch from Harry Potter) as it is flying it has a mind of it’s own, or rather it contains the spirit of Kisho’s zanpakuto, the wings on the orb are as hard as steel and sharp as razor blades, and if one tried to grab it the orb would try to slice your hand with it’s scissor like wings, only to then resume its flying around. In such an hyper active state Kisho in extremely fast, and he moves like the wind, once second he is over here then next there, the power and skill of his bankai only magnifies it making him near impossible to touch. Once the orb leaves the staff, Kisho body briefly shudders, then again resumes its lazy flight or he launches an attack. The orb is the real key to his power, as the orb is the only true solid essence of Kisho and his zanpakuto, Kisho’s becomes like an illusion or mirage, however truth be told it is more than just a *illusion* when fighting the more energy an opponent puts into their attacks, tech’s and even slashes and kidou, the more real the illusion becomes, and the stronger the opponent, the stronger the illusions. (FYI- No amount of *I have crazy reiatsu* pressure will break the illusion, as it would just grow tremendously strong, so unless someone is specifically attacking the orb, everything else goes into fueling the illusion EVERYTHING)
The only real way to make Kisho solid again is to attack the Orb, and only specific attacks directly specifically at the orb will not trigger the stronger illusion complex. To break the orb, just like anything in bankai it is of bankai strength and durability, meaning just one slash will not take it down.

*Tech: I give up my 3 starting tech’s to have this awesome bankai ability, Jaden already told me it was gold, so bite me*

Gift of the Delusional- Bankai

Madness, insanity, mistrust, paranoia. All things Kisho thrives on when he fights, that mistrust that you don't know who is real and who isn't, or what for that matter. With what Kisho likes to stem as a "gift" it allows him even greater flexibility when fighting. His illusions now can stem deeper into an opponent, tricking what they see, hear, taste and feel. He can vastly change the environment *illusionary wise*, make the opponent hear voices, see things that aren't happening *as all good illusions do*. Like making the area dense with a heavy smoke to induce coughing, so real the opponent can almost taste the smoke in the air. So real that they can almost feel it. All in all, Kisho can trick the five senses into the believing they are experiencing things they are not. Like all good things, his bankai ability also is tied into this, so do not forget it.

Lasts for 15 posts, cool-down of 10

Second Life- Once every 10 posts, Kisho can have the orb swallow a direct attack of any strength and reverse the charge thus fueling the illusions. So, an attack that hits the orb, now fuels it if I choose to use it

Concentrating power, Kisho recreates his zanpakuto into its true form. A evil and malicious looking weapon, that is stark white, which of course shows the blood it obtains. The sword however gains a "tech" which is why I am writing it up in such a fashion. The sword is another solid piece of Kisho, and can be used in his illusions, it is of course of bankai strength *Note, this does not mean he has two zanpakuto's, just something similar to another part of it* The sword has the power to reinforce illusions already placed, by hitting it against another zanpakuto or soul *Depending on weapons*, thus it can take the power of the swing and reinforce the illusions, meaning as long as the sword is fighting, the illusions won't break under a "stronger" illusion master, or some "break illusions tech bs" that people seem to have.
