Name: Mesuinu

Manifestation: Similar to Isseiryu's body, in being similar to a humanoid dog.. The diffrence is in gender...yeah. She has long, dark brown(Nearly black, kinda like black with a brownish tint) hair which flows down to the waist along with an icy blue kimono. Her eyes are a light red, but cold and calculating.

Hollow Mask Appearance: The 'background' is the same icy blue as the manifestation's kimono. The eyes become dark red and the jaw and nose protrudes. (Like a dog nose, duh)

Unique Ability:

Eternal Storm: The ability grants Isseiryu to control ice and wind, at a much smaller extent. (Ice+++ and Wind+, if you get what I mean) As he gets stronger, his mastery will also increase. A side note is that he can use this and 'create' ice out of moisture which is not blocked. (So I cannot go "He froze all your blood. You died.")

Limit:

1-100 posts: May have mask on for two turns with a 5 turn cool down.
