Kakitto (Is my Zan o.o)

Level: Shikai

Sealed Zanpaktou: As with all the other Zanpakutous, katana. The hilt has weaving patterns of red and brown.

Shikai: A Guan Dao (Traditional Chinese weapon, similar to a spear) with a similar color scheme to the sealed form. The blade appears to have a shimmering aura of heat around it, but it doesn't really.

Shikai Ability: Simply allows for minor control of earth and fire which increases with ability in other things.

Bankai: n/y/a (not yet applicable...luls)

Techniques:

Rock Wall: Though not only for walls, it essentially allows Isseiryu to raise or depress rock in various places. Because by simply raising a straight line of rock, he can make a wall, it's taken that name. One post cooldown per diffrent height. (As in if I were to make pillars of diffrent height, I would need more than one usage. If I were dropping land for a flat swimming pool, I could do that at once)

Fire Mirror: Isseiryu can create a thin layer of flame. Like the tail of his Shikai, it won't burn him. If he wishes to, he can launch the rectangle forward as a projectile. Two post cooldown, three if he launches it.

Flame Tail: A 'tail' of flame can come out of the hilt. Although it's real flame, as it's connected to Isseiryu's reiatsu, it does not burn him. The 'tail' is two meters long, and to Isseiryu, has a physical form. (He can grab it and swing it around, for example) To others, it's just flame and can thus pass through them. When this happens, the flame behind it dissapears but it'll reappear when it's clear of obstruction. Lasts for four turns, with four post cooldown.

since the flame tail lasts for four turns, make the cooldown four but just make those corrections

Swimming in the Earth: This technique allows Isseiryu to move in and out of the ground with ease, and fairly quickly. Using this technique, he can move as fast as he normally would on the surface(, and could even shunpo underground.(this part is debatable)) The cooldown is equal to the amount of posts spent submerged.

You can't shunpo underground, please edit that out.
