Shikai Ability: The users Speed increases to that someone who has full mastery over Shunpo, which increases his agility and reflexes. One of the special abilities of his Zanpaktou is whenever it moves it unleashes cherry blossom petals that flow behind it. Inside each petal is a little bit of his own Reiatsu which allows him to cast his illusions whenever they touch an opponent. Even the smell of the cherry blossoms can put a opponent under his illusions. In this stage of the illusions the illusion is only about half power. In this stage of the illusion the user can only control what the opponent sees. Usually once under the illusion the opponent and user sees a rain fall of cherry blossoms that cover the sky and there surroundings. The full power of the illusion is when the blades cuts the opponent as they cherry blossoms turn from a bright pink to a blood red. Once the full power of the illusion is activated the user now controls what the opponent sees and feels. The pink cherry blossom turn to a blood red as the rate of them falling changes on what the user wants.He can also make the opponent feel like their getting cut or make them not be able to feel when their cut.

Techniques

Scatter Explosion- The blade disappears and turns into sharp metal cherry blossom petals. They can be used for either attacking and defending. However these petals can easily be seen but move with dashing speed able to break up and attack from all sides. This Special ability about this post is that they can explode on contact and will. When they explode they send tiny fragments into the opponents body.(Can Control for 6 post, 6 post cool down)

Rain of a 100 blades- The user quickly unsheathes his blade sending a 100 red blade of metal towards his opponents. These blades are made from the sharpest and rarest metals able to cut through some of the hardest hierro. The unique ability about these blades that their two types of blades mixed together. One has no density to it and is moved by pure speed alone which doesn't allow gravity affects to touch bother it but a powerful wind can easily blow them away. The other is a powerful and heavy blades which uses it pure force from the speed to break through some of the toughest shields. (3 post cool down)

Pierce(Sealed form only) Ishimaru's blade is shorter than most Zanpaktou but he has the ability to make it grow up to 200 meters in length. He can also keep it whatever length he wants it once it begins to grow but the draw back of this ability the farther it goes the longer it takes for the blade to return to him.(1 post to return back to normal size when sent over 75 meters and 2 post when sent 150 meters)

Sounds like a mix of Gin's and Byakuya's, but with enough differences to make it unique, I guess. As the Vaizard Leader, i'm assuming I have the authority to do this.
