techs:

2.can create waves of shadow or light that attack the enemy and i can change them into what i want and use them.can only be used for 3 posts(both ways) and has a 6 post cooldown(both ways)

3.can make a blinding light come from me that blinds my foe for 3 posts(both ways) and a 5 post cooldown

wolf tribe:hundreds of wolfs(normal and hollow)appear around me nad at my command attack my opponet.these wolves are very smart and stronger and faster than vice-captains and some arrancar. the attack untill i tell them to leave or call them off.a 12 post cooldown

1 is to overpowered, they cannot all last for a number of posts

So as a regular arrancar your saying your ultimate ability can be faster than an elite? No, a vice-captain yes, but until you get Espada, No.
