Shikai Ability:
Increases the amount of reuse/cool down posts needed for zanpakuto/rez/bow/doll/superhuman powers techniques. Aojiro need to hit either the body or the blade, (the doll for bounto) for this to take effect, the blow does not have to wound he just need his zanpakuto to make physical contact his target, when hit their post count needed on reuse of ALL skills is increased by one to a total of 50% (ie: a tech with a 5 post reuse/cool down can only be increased up to 10, 3 can only be increased up to 6 and so on) this effect ends when his blade is resealed.

Anything that has been giving a cooldown of 0 posts will be given a cooldown of 1.

Techniques:
Garandou Mibae [Void Charm][Shikai]: by flicking the blade of his zanpakuto a dull, flat ring sounds out, this is a ripple of Void energy that attacks any other energy around it, any technique that creates an area enshrouded/controlled/effected by an element (ie: areas enshrouded by darkness, covered in ice/fire est) will have their post duration cut in half if Shikai, a 3rd if Bankai (rounded down).

(illusions will only be effected if they cover a wide area ie: making a wasteland look like a forest, but not if its hiding/making one or two ppl/items)

If used on an technique that is a consent ability (Shikai/Bankai/mask abilities) it will reduce its power slightly.

Intou [seal-engraving knife][Shikai]: a crescent shaped blast of energy that is fired from the blade in an ark, the damage it does is very small but if this blast comes into contact with the body/zanpakuto/rez of an opponent it stopped them from being able to cast Kido or use Bala/cero for 4 turns.

Boko Shinkan [hollow silence][Shikai]: Aojiro’s blade needs to cut for this to work, the cut does not need to be deep just to brake the skin/draw blood, this move only works on Vaizards, when struck this cut the amount of post they can have their mask on by half (only effect the next turn they summon it, does not effect reuse)

Your Shikai ability it to strong...I could understand 50% because its effecting all Techniques and its only at Shikai level

For your Intou technique..Since they have to wait 6 post to reuse their kido and you have to wait 6 post before using your Intou...you could constantly keep them from using their Kido/Cero/Bala the entire fight....So taking it away for 4 turns would be perfect.

changes made, also on the shikai abilitey would it be arounded up or arounded down? (i will do with what you think is fair)

If the cool down is 6 or higher will we will round down and if its 5 of lower we will down up.
