Shikai: (Looks like that except anime and has a hilt instead of a pole. Couldn't find a better picture sorry.)

Shikai ability: Any needles that get stuck inside the body of the opponent or opponents will absorb their Reiatsu. This energy can be transfered to the sword and pulled into Roe's own body. The needles can be pulled out of the body just by use of the enemies hand. Since being small in size it doesn't absorb a lot of Reiatsu but they can really add up if a lot of needles land thier mark.

Rain: Iku will hold his blade out in front of him and all the needles will leave the blade and move into the air. From there they will surround the opponent and shoot down at him or her. The drawback of this attack is Iku can not do any of his other techniques until the 4 post cool down happens. 4 post cd

Thrust- Thrusting out the sword, Roe can send a good 3 dozen needles flying at his opponent in a straight line. 3 post cd

Hidden needles: He can shoot his needles into the ground. From there they can travel through the ground until they reach the area under his opponent. On his will the needles will shoot out of the ground upwards at the rival. 6 post cd

Bankai: Using Bankai Roe Iku stabs himself with his sword. Only it doesn't cut him, it just dissapears inside his body. Now he is forced to fight using hand to hand combat. He is safe though to fight a person with this though; he can will needles to come out of any area of his body in the middle of the fight. (Much like being a Kaguya from Naruto. Except not own bones.)

Bankai Ability: Can will needles to come out of any part of his body in the middle of a fight.

Bankai Techs: (Don't have any yet, didn't think to make any because I am not that far and hoping by the time that comes I'll be able to have more than three techs.)

Can not have 2 abilities....only 1. You can have 3 techs however. your ability now seems more like a tech then an ability.

Okay...add an actual post count how long they stay. Or else you could last till their body disappears into nothingness...which is a bit GM... and a post cooldown to your ability due to its overall use.

Also you have 2 other techs you can add!

I don't want to more techs as of now. I said that they keep going until I choose not to let them absorb anymore energy... I've seen even the captains god mod... So I don't think this should be too bad

I don't think it's too bad because well I've trained for a long time and it's the only tech I have. So I don't think it should be limited. Kind of like that assassin person Yourichi fights. After she trained her technique enough it wasn't limited at all. And this is the only tech I have. That I've been traning for centuries.

However, this is rp, and there are rules. One of them is that users listen to the mods/admins. And as such you were asked to put a limit on the needles, how long they remain in the body. Despite it being your olny tech you may change your mind and want more. When admins/mods look over stuff theres one general rule we all follow: Does this tech/ability have a loop hole or possible negation? and Does this tech/ability have appropriate cooldowns?

Since the tech is missing a loop hole or way to negate its effects, we ask that you put a limit on how long you can sustain these needles or how long they can remain in your opponents body.

I do listen... I just like to explain myself before changing anything. Gm's and Admins aren't all perfect and may misunderstand. Though is just pulling the needles out a good way to negate their effect?

Seeing as such

The needles have a cooldown, meaning they can't be fired every turn

I suggest a switch Roe

Why not have

Shikai ability- Any needles that stick in the opponents body will absorb there reiatsu until removed. Due to there small statue, one or two needles won't make a huge impact, however a dozen will

That way, all your needles will abosrb reiatsu without it being a technqiue, and thus allowable

Which frees up 3 tech's you to do have, such as

Needle Spin- Spins around real fast blanketing everything in a 5 meter area around Roe in hundreds of needles. 4 post cd

Thrust- Thrusting out the sword, Roe can send a good 3 dozen needles flying at his opponent in a straight line. 3 post cd

Wash- In a great slash, Roe can send a massive wave of needles at his opponent about 20 meters long and 6 meters high, the wave comes at the opponent quickly, but slightly slower than shunpo. 6 post cd

Made his Bankai, though he does not have it yet. Was bored and needed something to do so made a Bankai for my character.
