Way of Binding 50: Ijin Heki

Level: 50

Name: Ijin Heki [Means Devil's Tears (Devil, Tear)]

Incantation: "The heavens never cry, for they sit in the sky, amongst the rain drops of the Earth - the drops of the souls of the fallen men. However, I, the Devil himself, have seen and heard more than they deserve. I, the Devil himself, have shed a tear to stop this madness, from destroying the Earth..."

Effect: Above the targeted person, a dark cloud forms. That cloud is formed from reiatsu of the caster, and so the more reiatsu the caster has, the stronger the effect is. What the cloud does, is that it releases rain-like droplets. Those droplets, fall on to the target, and sink in to his clothes/flesh. Once the cloud is finished, it emits a lighting bolt, which hits one of the places where the drop has fallen, making the drop emit a thin-like wire of energy. That wire connects itself with the closest drops, which also emit a thin wire of energy and repeat the process, soon, making the target impaled in a net of lightning-like energy.


OOC: I know that I'm not a vice-captain nor a captain, however, since the ordinary shinigami are allowed to cast kido from 1-60, I guess this should be ok. Also, I will provide a long training post, if this is approved (1000 words?)

I don't believe the rule has to do with the actual level of the Kidou, just that only Lt. and Captains are skilled enough to create their own Kidou, no matter the level or not.

Plus it doesn't matter how many words you produce for the training, you may only cast existing kido for your level. No customs period.
