Name: Lightening edge

Bow Manifestation: It is manifested by a small book that she keeps in her pocket.

Description: It is a rapid fire bow. Meaning low strength high fireing. However it's strenght deeply weakens due to it. THe blade is shaped like a thunderbolt and sends bolts that look like a lightneing bolt. It does nothing to change how it is shot( meaning no change due to what the blast looks like. The blade is a bright green color.It has the abilty to fire 4 times every 3 seconds. althought strenght is weakened cause of it. It has a psi of about 300-360(whatever taht is)
Techniques: Stun shot : This abilty allows the user to fire a shot that has the abilty to stun the target on impact. If it is raining it allows the user to use it to have the arrow jump a slight distance to it's target(take for example a static charge juming from something dry to somethign wet) Has a 2 post cooldown.
Lighting Scatter: It allows a shot to scatter into 3 but weaker shots allowing to hit either more then 1 target or fast targets who are good at dodgeing Has a 4 post cooldown.

I'm doing to have to deny this bow. You really need to be more descriptive. If you need examples look at my glove. Also, your second tech is denied. It is a passive ability so that will not be allowed. You will also have to post cool downs for each tech.

ok how can i be more creative...and how is the second one passive? It is an abilty that when used allows one bolt to split into 3 differernt bolts

Sorry, I meant first. Also, I don't know what to tell you. This is your bow. Just be more descriptive. That's basically what I'm asking along with the cool downs.

Sorry, but you got it wrong. Cool downs are for techniques. And as for your bow, I still want you to be more descriptive. As in how many ponds of pressure are in each shot along with how many arrows can be fired per second. Also, what is your bow? How big is it, color, is the lightning bolt bow your actual accessory or does it manifest from something else?

Ok what is pound per pressure like what would taht be?

Psi: Pounds per square inch. Basically how powerful each arrow is. Please, if your confused look at other gloves for info.

Okay...The bow's actual description should actually be in the manifestation too...Also, by blade, I hope you mean bow. And another thing, 4 shots in 3 seconds is extremely weak. I'm just say. Other than that, APPROVED unless I say otherwise or your edit is over powered.
