This ain't an approval..but no one is to have a perma-bankai, or perma shikai for that matter. Just letting you know.

Also we're not accepting fire Zanpakutou at the moment...

Kind of irrelevant posts there guys, considering I stated this was the OLD Zanpaktou, I am making EDITS to it.

Sorry, I wasn't sure why you'd post the old file if your edits were going to change that much of it. My assumption was obviously wrong, sorry Megumi-san.

[Shikai/Tech 1]: Atmospheric Distortion- By causing Reiatsu to flow off her body, Megumi can drastically raise the temperature through out an area by a huge amount. The effect of this is to create an almost mirage like battle ground which also causes the opponent not to be able to form Reiatsu based attacks at full power.
(In essence this cuts her opponents power level in half)

This technique will only work on those that are on your level of power/rank. Approved.


[Shikai/Tech 2]: Dance of the Light Cat- By forcing her Reiatsu around her body, translucent Reiatsu flames begin to radiate off her form, giving a white glow like flame effect, this effect causes her skin to become sharp and as hard as any Blade, allowing her to fight hand to hand even against weapon wielding foes at the same level.
While performing this technique her Zanpaktou melts into her arm with a vibrant flash of light, leaving glowing blue rune like tattoo's spread from her wrist to her shoulder.
10 post limit- 2 post cool down.

Increase cool down to five.

[Shikai/Tech 3]: Trickster Blade- In a almost painful display of power Megumi will force Reiatsu to exit through her shoulders to form a set of bone like Reiatsu wings from her back. Each wing holds 4 spines that shape the reiatsu weapons into the shape of a wing, equally 8 spines in total. However these are not used for flight, they are projectile weapons which can be fired at tremendous speeds through Megumi's will. The further they have to travel to shoot at a enemy, the quicker they will speed, as like a rocket, they gain velocity the longer they travel.
Duration: infinite cooldown: none (will be explained)



NOTE ON TRICKSTER BLADE: Once this technique is activated no other techniques of Megumi's may be used till the re-sealing of her Zanpaktou or the battle ends and they deactivate. The spines may be shot all at once or shot one at a time. Each spine takes 1 post to regenerate once all 8 have been fired, they can not begin regenerating till all 8 are used.

Cool down editted and first tech didn't really need any editing, since I got permission for Megumi to be captain strength but she will stay in a Lt rank.

Have the person that gave you permission pm me, until then,edit your zan accordingly.

Bankai Appearance: The weapon is enshrouded with red crackling lightning at an almost constant rate, this is pure negative energy in a physical form

so its a entirely diffrent weapon thus no shikai skills can be used,
