Shikai Ability: It allows the blade to extend and srhink at will. What this means is that it can illongate to hit enemy's from father distances or it can increase in width to block attacks and defend allies. The time to return to normal takes 2 seconds to happen.

Bankai: (This is for captains and elite vizard only. What does you zanpaktou look like, in it's bankai state?)

Techniques:
Wrath of the weapon god: showda's zan turns near invisible for 3 turns. This is achived by wraping reitsu around the blade to make it reflect light.
Cooldown of 4 turns
Shadow of the weapon god: it casts a large shadow around the area that does the same thing of wrath of the metal god except with showda as well.
Lenght: 4 turns
Cooldown: once per battle.

Yes it would be approved, but say how long the shikai ability lasts instead of saying seconds say posts. Like two posts for example.
