Sealed Zanpaktou: its end is ice blue, the cover of the sword is a darker blue. there is a blue thick string hanging from it. the part that covers your hand from getting cut is a cool blue and the pattern of the place where you hold it is different then normal. it has a blue crystal looking shape pattern. different shades of blue for each crystal but it maintains a nice sequence. darker blue is farther away from the blade part of the sword.

Shikai: the blade turns into ice and the part where you hold with your hands grows longer with a different pattern where the darker blue is closer to the blade. The string can be wrapped around the hand to have better grip on the sword so it doenst fall.

normal shikai abillity: Suddenly his ice sword glows and ice spikes form around the sword. Except it can stay this way for 3 posts.(then the ability ends) Basically he can just use the spikes to his advantage for a strategy of some sort. Or instead of using the spikes for that amount of posts, he can continue with his abiliity and all the spikes form together and blasts out a large beam-like blast of ice at the enemy.

Shikai Techniques

ice bullets- it cant create larger ice spikes and then you cut it to pieces and they turn into ice bullets that follow you. like heat seaking missiles.(it goes faster if i control it with my mind and hand. It can home on the person by itself but is faster if controled by me
cooldown: 3 posts

ice change- It can take on different shapes or forms. Such as, the ice sword can turn into a whip, it can turn into a lance, it can turn into an axe, etc. Also, it could just have different shapes on the sword. Like a circle in the middle. There are many possibilities
cooldown: the shape or form that the ice sword takes can last for 3 posts. During those 3 posts, Watersoul can turn it back to it's original form. Then it can't be used for 3 more posts.

ice barrier- There is a sphere of ice all around Watersoul at a 360 degree angle which is used as a large barrier
cooldown: this technique can last for 2 posts but can't be used for another 2 posts.

Please add more of a description to the sealed Zanpaktou, explain the Shikai better. The sword can change shape? If so we need to know exactly how big the sword is, etc, so we know what amount of material you have to work with when changing shape.

How much ice does it shoot out? Please explain these things better.

Also do you have any techniques for this sword?

Could you explain the length of both shikai and sealed please? ^^ Your shikai description shouldn't have any powers, take that out please. Also, have one shikai ability seperate from three techniques. After you make techniques, please add cooldowns. In cooldowns I mean, 2 post cooldown for you can use the technique two posts later, etc.

Hmmm... Three would be better since the fact that they're homing devices makes that a pretty strong technique.

since i have 100 posts. im making a new ability.
its called ice hurricane. my sword glows brightly and a ferocious wind starts. Suddenly the wind gets really cold. It shoots out pieces of ice into the direction of the enemy. i control it with my hand. THe ice pieces are really strong and will shed blood. This attack can actually last 2 posts. Although then i cant use it for 5 more posts.

Techniques are not added per 100 posts, it is per 120 points...

did they change it? it said on the template that it's 100, -goes to check-

since i am now 120 posts, is the technique approved? ^^

Also, i would like to get the approval of being able to control my ice bullets by my mind and hand.
