Personality: Akimoto is a very lazy person perfering to sleep than do anything else to such an extent that if he is left alone for meore than a few moments without someone having gave him an order he will have most likely fallen asleep, this often leads to Akimoto having fallen sleep in some very awkward places but it never seems to bother him where he falls asleep just as long as he gets to sleep without being disturbed. But when he is sent out of the Soul society or is placed into a combat situation Akimoto reveals that this image is only a mask hiding a cold and calculating mind that seeks the quickest ways to bypass, disable or if nessisary eliminate any and all obstacles standing in his way When he is sent out on missions Akimoto follows his orders to the letter not letting up for a moment with his objective untill the point where he has no choice but to stop and rest but even when he has reached that stage he only does so for the minimum amount of time available. Akimoto also has a great love of sake and always seems to have atleast one bottle at hand at anyone time, this coupled with his odd sleeping habits often means that if any of his supperiors want to find him they just send someone to search the local bars where he is often found passed out on the floor.

Appearance:

History/Background: Akimoto entered the soul society at a very early age but due to his high Reiatsu level he aged at an accelerated rate compared to some of the other in habitants of the spirit world. When he first entered the Rukongai he was taken into the house hold of some fellow souls that possesed a rather high level of Reiatsu. These people trained Akimoto in the ways of the Soul Society and in how to use some of the abilitys of the Shinigami, eventually these people became almost like a family to him and from them he drew some of the quirks in his personality. As Akimoto approached the end of his childhood the leaders of the household known only as Mother and Father revieled to him that they were former shinigami. They told Akimoto that they had seen the possibility of him becoming a great shinigami inside of him and offered him the chance of obtaining that power. Akimoto quickly accepted there proposal and was soon entered into the accademy. When he was entered into the accademy Akimoto was at the same time both brilliant and a moron, He acceled at the the work that he was given but was often to lazy to actually do anything about it. Akimoto during the few times he actually bothered to perfor the practiacal training he showed himself to be well versed in the use of his zanpaktou and was passable in the use of kido. When the time for the final exams came around Akimoto sleept right through the exam. Fortuanatly for his sake his "mother and father" used some of the connections they had made during there time as Shinigami and made a chance for him to resit his exam, When Akimoto came into the procters room to sit his exam he was covered in bruises from his pairents punishment, This time Akimoto completed the Exam in record speed and with an amazingly high score. Soon after leaving the accadamy Akimoto was accepted into the 3rd Division.
