The Dead Notice

If the opponent is in a battle, and has screwed up to a logical point. Meaning dying logically: as in a fair battle. Where there actions lead to them having to die. An Admin, not a moderator, will be called in to inspect the topic and deem the said character dead or alive. If the accused is considered dead there points will reset and they can claim a new character. The same goes for accounts in which you deem inactive, or no longer wish to play. They will have to redo there apps however. Now if the battle takes place and the opponent missed a detail that could have proven fatal then give the opponent time to edit that in so that you don't assume anything. Just let them know. NOTE: Characters can not die unless they are in battle or have a hit out on there head. No random killing. You can't have your character die, and then remake the same character. Nor can you simply allow your character to become inactive so you can have a new one. The only way to get a new character is to have them die off. In which case, all your points are reset

This rule is stricly based on the Admins veiw of the battle. So they will decide if your loopholes matter or not.
