Shikai: The blade dissolves leaving only the hilt and guard.

Shikai Ability: Wrave is given the ability to manipulate Sand. If there isn't sand, he can slam his released sword into the ground eroding the ground around him (about 5 feet). This can be done only 5 times. He can manipulate the sand to create various types of blades to replace the one he lost when he released. He can manipulate it into other weapons. His power is near limitless as long as there is sand around. Because of the amount of reishin used to manipulate the sand, he is limited to his Shikai for 30 posts. Then he has to wait 10 posts to recharge.

Techniques: Sand Healing-By focusing the sand on the wound, he can temporarily heal the wound. If it is a small wound (Scrapes, small cuts, minor burns), he can fully heal them. However if it is a big wound (chopped of limb, full body burns), he can only heal it for a short amount of time. He can only do this twice per shikai.

Sand Storm- He can whip up a small sand storm that blinds both he and his opponent. The storm lasts for ten posts before it subsides. This can only be done once per shikai.

Sand Armor- Wrave is encased in sand that is as hard as steel, but light. This only lasts 6 posts before a cool down of 3 posts. The armor is breakable, and will wear down over time. A strong enough attack from a captain, vice-captain, or elite will shatter it.

Actually, if youre going to say "once per shikai" etc then oyu have to put a cooldown on your entire shikai.
