The site is currently going through a Revamp. So certain things will slow down, such as application responses. However, once we have our revamp over, the site will return to its familiar luster. Just hold with us for a moment as we implement new rules and features to the site. This Revamp is expected to begin on 5/1/10 and shall conclude on 5/20/10. It will take a full ten days at least for the first half to conclude on account of size of staff and school.

Kazarashi appears as a young boy, appearing to be 18. His appearance is as shown in the picture. Personality wise, he is more or less, the silent type, preferring to speak only when necessary, and trying to be the wise guy with the occasional sarcastic remark. Despite his appearance, he is quite wise and Calm.

Shikai Release Phrase: Take them by the Storm, Kazarashi [Or he sometimes says, "Storm, Kazarashi" which is the same]

Bankai Release Phrase: God of Storms, Let them feel your wrath. Come forth, and show them, Your true Fangs, Mugen Kazarashi.

Element: Storm Wind [The word Storm Is there just to make it sound Original. Heh. Sorry]

Innate Ability: Kazarashi is a very special Zanpakutou. It allows its owner, Kisuke, to use some of its powers, even outside Shikai. Though these powers are not as much battle Oriented. It involves Low Leveled Wind Control, like Creating a Cooling Breeze, or A slight wind that causes certain clothes to, *Cough* Lift up *Cough*. It also allows him to feel any vibrations in the Air in the Surrounding Area, so he can sense the Physical Presence of someone who is around him but has completely concealed his Reitsu. This Ability is Greatly Enhanced in Shikai, and further Enhanced in Bankai. So it means that even if he is blinded, he can still make a Mental Image of the enemy, so its the same as being able to see them. Also, He gets a speed Boost, meaning that his Overall Speed in the Unreleased state would be kinda higher than what it would have been without Kazarashi. So to put it basically, he is fast.

Shikai: When he enters Shikai, Kazarashi's form Changes. The Gold Plating on the Hilt detaches from it, and slowly transforms into a sort of a spiked blade, which is connected to the blade by a Chain of Metallic Gold Color. The Chains Link, unlike others are not easily broke, and are quite sharp to anyone except Kisuke. It is similar to Hyourinmaru in Shikai, except, the end is blade instead of a Dragons Mouth. The Blade on the other hand, Grows 2 inches longer, and an Inch Wider.

Shikai Ability: The Shikai of Kazarashi, unlike many others, isn't a specific skill or technique. It is the overall manipulation of wind, involving the ability to simply control wind. But here is where the Versatility come in. Now unlike simple Wind Manipulation, Kazarashi aims at Using wind for more than simply blowing the enemy away. It focuses on the advanced use of Physics to use Wind in different and Unique ways. The Possibilities are unlimited when it comes to Kazarashi, but of course, the Manipulation of Wind is not perfect in this form. He can only Manipulate the Wind Physically in Shikai. Like, he can mix his Reitsu with the wind around him, creating a new breed of Blue Wind. He can use High Frequency Vibrations to create powerful Sonic Techniques. He can also compress wind to create stronger attacks. The list will expand as I get more Points. Also, at this point, His Speed is greatly Enhanced, and Endurance will also take a good Boost.

Bankai: During Bankai, his Zanpakutou undergoes a drastic change. The blade will not extend, but it will seem like some Red and Black Liquid is settling over the Blade part of the sword. The Blade slowly gets engulfed in this. Once the Blade is completely engulfed, the Red and Black will start getting absorbed and with seconds, the Blade will change color. The Upper half[Non Sharp] of the sword Is black and the lower is White. There are Red streaks extending from the beginning of the black portion to the ending of th white in the for of Fangs. The tip, though, is Red and Black, as the last Streak covers the remaining white. Something Similar happens to the Hilt, in which it changes from Blue to Black and Red. The Chain will remain more or less unaffected but will become harder to break, but the Blade at the end, will take on a Black Color with a Red Kanji, reading Infinite on either side. In terms of Manifestation, the change is that he takes of the cloth covering his eyes to reveal that one Eye is Black and the other is Red.

Bankai Ability: Unlike his Shikai, where he can only exploit the Basic Physical Laws, like Vibrations and Compression, in Bankai, he can literally Dominate Wind, as he wishes to. This involves being able to Manipulate Air Pressure, Air temperature, The Concentration of Certain Gases, and even use the Air to Create Lightning. Also, in Bankai, Mugen Kazarashi will add share some of his Reishi with Kisuke, making his own Reishi many times stronger and changing the Color to Red. The Wind that on adding the Reishi was blue in Shikai, is now Red, and is called Blood Wind. In Bankai, Speed is Enhanced to a point beyond Comprehension to any regular Warrior. Only an Elite can "See" it. Keeping up with it is a different story all together. Endurance will also be Greatly Enhanced.

Inner World: Kazarashi, has a most interesting Inner World. His Inner World is in the Form of an Old Roman City, which is now Uninhabited, and the Ruins now have Moss and Fern Growing all over them. There i a Forest Surrounding the City. Beyond that, there is a beautiful Lake. But the City in itself is so big, that to be able to Run out of Room, is impossible. In the City, there is a huge Palace in the Center, which has a Huge Colosseum, at its Heart. The Colosseum consists of a Statue in the Middle, which is covered with a cloth, and has absolutely no moss or fern growing around it. Infact, Its the only area that doesn't, and has a cracked up Surface around it, that seems to give out a Negative Aura. They Rarely Visit that place.

Wait wait wait...zanpaktou do not have an innate ability first of all. What's the deal or practical use of having a template if no one will follow it and you overlook and approve it?

Also Kisuke, I want you to be specific on wind manipulation..as in, what are the only ways you can use it. You say that there's unlimited ways you can use your zan, yet you say you can do it in physical ways.

Same goes with bankai along with what gases can you control teh concentration of.

First of all. This ability was approved with my older Zanpakuto as well. So please don't argue about that.

2. I said that the possibilities are unlimited, meaning that i can use different attacks, and not just one line/stream/category like Sound, Comrpessed wind, or so.

3. I can control the concentration of any gas. Any Gas I like. Whichever Way i like. That is what Domination over Wind Means.

I can manipulate the Oxygen or any other gas, which ever way i like. I can take it all away, if i want to. And remember, that If you think that I will take away all the Oxygen, from around a person, don't forget, that they can still move away from that point, to somewhere there is oxygen, The only effect it will have is, that The person will find it difficult to breathe, thus affecting their Fighting Ability, and Will cause cramps, due to formation of lactic acid in the muscles, due to lack of Aerobic Respiration. But the person can move to a different spot. BUT, If someone is dumb enough to stay at that spot for more than one Turn, then they will obviously die. That isn't my fault then

Amatsu, this is just a redone, and better version of my older Zan which got appvoved here. Secondly he's and admin n you're a mod. You can't over rule him

I'm not argueing or over ruling anyone, I was asking simple questions since you were a bit vague as you said 'certain' gases instead of any. It wouldn't be safe to assume anything about your zanpaktou when used in battle incase someone accuses you of pulling random crap out of your ass during a certain event all because you were vague, that's what I'm trying to prevent.

[Shikai/Bankai] Disrupting Dirge: Kazarashi, possesses the ability to Manipulate wind, and one of the stronger techniques Kisuke developed with this Ability, was Dirge. Dirge is actually a Sound based ability, but it has more to do with Extremely high Frequency Vibrations of Air Particles to create Sound Waves. But that isn't all it does. This attack mixes his Reitsu with the Air around him, and then causes it to Vibrate, creating a different kind of Wave. He has no name for them, and simply calls it a sound wave, but it is actually quite a bit stronger than that, ascending to near Ultra-Sound. What this Technique does is, that it causes the Air+Reitsu to vibrate at an extremely high Frequency. This Vibrations are so strong, that when they come in contact with Reitsu, they cause it to literally disperse, by breaking its flow. This means that any kind of Kido, Cero, or Reitsu based attack, will be useless against this Technique. The Technique was majority developed for this purpose, but that is not all it can do. The Technique can also be used to send Grouped waves of Sound at a Single Enemy or in a the surrounding area. While this will still maintain its ability to Disperse Reitsu, it will Damage the Enemy, and it will also stun them for one turn. During this turn, they cannot Hear anything, and will have their vision all Blurry. The sense of Smell, Taste and Touch remain unaffected. In appearance, they seemed to be some sort of disruption in the air. [Like what Hollows Appear to Humans with very low Spiritual Awareness eg Yuzu]
The Technique can be used in three different forms, to suit Kisuke]
Form1: This is the weakest form of the Technique, forming the waves only around Kisuke's blade. This technique only affects things that come in contact with Kisuke's blade or pass by 3m near to it. The distance is shortened to half a metre when its a living being, and the Waves are stronger near the source. This Technique will cut through and disperse Reitsu and increases the attack power slightly. It can be used for as long as he wants, but he cannot use any other of his Zans Techniques with it, or any other Kido. Also, this requires a constant flow of Reitsu to maintain.
Form2: Sends out grouped waves. The result is an attack that can stun the enemy for one turn, and Disperse all Reitsu.
Duration: 1
Cooldown: 1
Form3: In this form, he causes the waves to spread to the area in 50m Radius around him. This can be used only in Bankai. The effects are the same, but it doesn't damage physically, but causes pain in the ears. The time the enemy remains Stunned is 1+ the Duration. Here, stunned basically means having your Vision Blurred and hearing disabled, not literally being all woozy. So you can still move.

[Shikai/Bankai] Surge: This technique is one of the more Attack Based Technique Kisuke Developed. In appearance, it is similiar to the one that Urahara Kisuke uses, but Blue in color in Shikai, and Red in Bankai, though the wave is translucent, rather than Opaque, like with Urahara. The Technique actually compresses Wind, and adds Kisuke's Reitsu to it, and launches it, in a Powerful blast. This technique is very fast, and has just one purpose. To destroy the enemy. In Bankai, the Color changes from Blue to Red, as here, Both Kazarashi and Kisuke are adding their Reitsu to it.

[Cooldown: 0] [Main Attack]

[Bankai] Melodious Storm: Melodious storm is a cross between his Techniques "Dirge" and "Surge". This technique is usable only in Bankai due to the fact that in Bankai, both Kazarashi and Kisuke use their Reitsu, thus it becomes two entities controlling one attack. This attack combined the Ability to Dissolve Reitsu and Stun, from Dirge and the Pure Destructive power of Surge, to create a new form of attack. The attack is very difficult to block, and appears similiar to Surge, but for the fact, that unlike Surge, it has a strange kind of Red wavey hue around it. Although Similar in appearance, this technique is many times stronger the Surge, given its ability to both stun the enemy and damage them greatly, bnot to mention it is many times faster. Stunned here means stunned. Means you're a bit woozy as well.
[Duration: 1 and Stunned for following turn]
[Cooldown: 2]

[Shikai/Bankai]Fangs Prison: This is a Defensive technique developed by Kisuke, for protecting his Allies and sorts. The main purpose of the Technique is to protect him and his allies from any direct attacks. The Technique aims at creating a barrier[Spherical or Rectanguler]. The barrier when spherical protects him for an all round assault, while when in Rectangular form, its aim is to protect him from a single attack. The Barrier is made up from the same Blueish Wind, that the Surge technique uses, and Red in bankai. But the difference in this and a normal Barrier is, that this Barrier, contains Layers of Wind inside it, which are constantly in motion. These Currents, inside the barrier have an effect on the outer side as well. It will cause a cutting wind to form around the Barrier affecting everything at a 3m distance from it. The winds power is increase in bankai, and the Distance becomes 7m, though the wind is stronger near the Barrier. Any attempt to attack is Physically will result in the person attacking, being severely cut, or bruised, depending upon their level of Physical Defense. Though the Barrier cannot last for long Durations, it is quite effective in blocking powerful attacks, and is nearly immune to most Mellee attacks.
This technique can also be used like a jail to capture an enemy. It will have the same effect, but the Currents will affect entity inside, and not outside.

[Cooldown: 1]

[Bankai] Crush: As the name suggests, this Technique uses his Ability in bankai to Dominate Air, in order to manipulate the Air in a very large area, to increase the Pressure upon his enemy. This Technique can vary, from having the effect over the Area, to only effecting the spot the enemy is at, being obviously more effective when it is centered at one place. While this Technique is not so easy to aim on a single spot, if it hits, it can bring a person to a near death state, even if it is an Elite level fighter. When used over an Area, it is similiar to a gravity user, causing Gravity to become heavier. During this time, it is difficult to breathe, and the internal Pressure of the body rises to a ridiculous degree, to counter the outward pressure, causing extreme pain in the muscles. When this technique will spot, blood will rush out of the openings, like Nose, Ears, And any cuts or bruises, they may have. This is a natural Side effect caused by the internal Pressure suddenly rising. This technique will leave an enemy stunned, with all their Senses impared for 1 turn. If it is used on a single spot, the effects are much more painful, and the enemy, if not dead, is stunned for 2 turns. +1 for non Elites.

Cooldown: Duration + 2 [If i use it for 2 turns, cooldown is 4, and so on]
