Shikai Ability: Ret creates a snow. This is no ordinary snow though. If Ret sees his enemy he can freeze the snow, and make it ice. That is only if Ret sees the enemy, which is very hard to do. Ret can only see about 5 ft in front of him. [5 post cool down]

Technique

Ret creates 5 ice made clones. The clones look exactly like him. The clones are as hard as ice. They can change on of their arms into a sword, a scythe, or a knife. The clones cannot be destroyed that easily. [6 post cool down.]

Your shikai ability is one thing, so either the blizzard or the clones. The other would be a technique.

Making a blizzard is too much, even for shikai. Make it light snow, then approved. >_> and snow is basically ice just so you know..
