Sealed Zanpaktou: No sealed zan my zan is perma-shikai, as per deal with Jaden, which involves me not being able to use kido past level 71 except for my custom kido

The size ratio is he can rest that semi-circle on his shoulder and the inside of the circle on the blade is sharp and is big enough to fit someones head through

Shikai Ability: Sui Shitai: The ability to control all water for a 50m radius. In shikai Suiryus body can change completly into water as well he can also do it partially (Eg: Just his arm or head) but when he does this he becomes vulnerable to lightning element attacks he can also add water on to his body to make himself bigger or let out a sufficient amount of water to make himself smaller.

Bankai: Sanmizuryu Kukushu Setsudanki
My zanpaktou doesn't change form in bankai.

Bankai Ability: Summons an enourmous dragon made out of water, but it can change to any stage of water (Liquid, Gas, Solid) it can also do partial transformations Eg just its head or claw. It can breath out a special mist that will turn to ice, encasing anything in it, when Suiryu gives a certain command or snaps his fingers and with another signal it can turn from that back to mist or into water.

Mizu element manipulation stage 1, Rikkido/Liquid: Turns all Mist and Ice under Suiryus control back into the liquid state

Shikai/Bankai
Mizu element stage 2, Kitai/Gas: Turns all water and ice under Suiryus control into the gaseous state

Shikai
Mizu element manipulation stage 3, Tegatai/Solid: Turns all Water and Mist under Suiryu control into spikes of ice

NOTE When one of the techniques listed above are used a cooldown of 4 posts is invoked for all of them if even just one is used

Add more of a description to the sealed state. Due to people having techniques that you just can't copy, please switch your techniques.
