Sealed Zanpaktou: A basic katana

Shikai: 2 blades like ivy's blades. They are attachted at the edges by a thin strand of an unbrakeable material.

Shikai Ability: It has the abilty to change from the solid sword state into a series of linkled metal blades that form sort of a whip. When she swings them the blades extend and can extend up to 20 feet. When The blades hit a target they wrap around the target shreding or tearing stuff from the hand.

Bankai: (This is for captains and elite vizard only. What does you zanpaktou look like, in it's bankai state?)

Techs:
Ultimate defencse-The blades wrap around Myra performing an ultimate defence. THe blades can block near any attack and if the target does a physical attack the blades grap onto him shreading what it grabs. lasts 1 post 5 cooldown.
Blade capture- She uses one blade to capture the entarget and staps it from moving. THis allows her to use her strongest move next turn.
Blade sharpmil: Her other sword birsts into peices and slams into the target which is being held in blade capture. If this move hits full on it is a near instent kill due to the number of vital parts it hits when it ends.

your instakill tech is pretty strong and your second tech is godmodish. Explain how it is dodged

How is second tech godmoddish?
and obviously if it takes 2 turns perfectly demostrated then it must be strong.

god moddish cause of the tech that is used after it

It doesent have to come after it. It can be used to stop people. The thrid tech takes alot out of my character so she doesetn use it very often. She can use it maybe once a month max.
