Seisen takes the form of beautiful women, dressed in heavy armor. She is always carrying a massive blade that most would not think possible to be used in combat. While within Kugo's body, she will be found on top of the tallest tower of massive ruins that seemed to once be a castle.

Shikai Ability: Seisen is a zanpakuto that relies on the user's reiatsu. It is a kidou-based zanpakuto that's main focus is in explosives and the likes. It can condense the user's reiatsu into an orb or other simple shape, and from there the reiatsu can be formed into solid objects or just regular explosives.

Tech's:

Name: Tate
Effect: Tate is a defensive kidou utilized by Kugo while in Shikai state. By forming a disk of reiatsu in front of him, he will be able to block and reflect any kidou-based attack. The disk can be compact into a smaller round-shield, which will be able to block both kidou-based and physical attacks. It can only block kidou attacks up to #35
Duration/CD: Disk mode- CD=3 posts. Shield mode- Duration= 4 posts CD=5 posts

Name: Tonsou
Effect: Tonsou is a kidou-based technique utilized by Kugo in shikai state. He will form a bubble of his own reiatsu around him. Then, suddenly, the bubble will explode and create a massive smoke screen. Since his reiatsu is currently spread out through the entire area, he is nearly impossible to track through reiatsu. This technique is use to allow him to escape or sneak up on his opponent
Duration/CD: Duration-2 posts; CD-3 posts

Name: Bakuha
Effect: This technique begins by forming the user's reiatsu into orbs. He can create up to six orbs at a time. These orbs will float around Kugo until they are sent off in a different direction to attack. The orbs will attach to a living being with high spiritual pressure((AKA, an opponent)). Then, by saying the word "Bakuha", Kugo will cause the orb to explode. The explosion will be more large and powerful the smaller and more condensed the orb is.
Duration/CD: Duration-3 posts; CD-5 posts.

If this one gets approved I would like to transfer to the Kidou Corps.

Your third tech needs to be edited by blocking only kidou level 35 and below. Your second tech needs to be stated that any weapon that is not spiritually infused cannot block the spikes. So if the user is blocking with something like a rock they picked off a ground, then it cannot be used to block with. Your shikai ability is an extended tech. Each individual power of the minions you summon like chess pieces is denied and must be removed.

Okay the first two I can understand, they are easy to fix...
But what I just took out the first tech and replaced it with a tech that allows me to summon the pieces my zan describes?

One tech can only include one piece you decide to summon. Be aware that your technique must be in agreement to your family.

Why does the Shikai ability have to change?

Because it is explaining the summon of the objects you are going to be making into tech. You've stated that you're going to make the summons into techs, they cannot be the shikai ability as well.

But they are the shikai ability, hence me being able to form them into techs.

That is what has been denied. Here are your options. Summon them as separate techs that comply with your family and change the shikai ability. OR. Don't summon them and change the shikai ability. The choice is yours.
