Shikai Ability: The sword is now created by spirit or energy and is able to change length,width,strength of the blade, and even make it as light as air to the point where instead of cutting it will surround anything that goes between the end of the sword and the beginning and if the user puts more pressure the energy will act like a laser and cut almost as if a blade had been used to stab the area in which the energy sword is.

Techniques: (Must have this template for all new Tech's)

Name:Energy Blast (Shikai)
Effect:A beam of energy is shot out like a cero from the sword. The Damage is similar to a cero,but is shot out faster. If not blocked the attack can break bones of the area it hits and leave a serious after burn.
Duration 1 Cooldown: 3

Name:Regenerate (Shikai)
Effect:Using energy and spirit to regenerate any minor wounds
Duration 1 Cooldown: 5

Name:Energy Shield
Effect:The sword temporarily becomes a shield and blocks attacks.The shield can block just about any projectile,but breaks easily with physical attacks. Cannot attack in this state.
Duration 1 Cooldown:3

Rules in making Techs:
1-99 posts: 3 techs
100-199: 4 techs
200-299: 5 techs
300-399: 6 techs.... and so on and so fourth... you can add more techs as your posts goes up.
NOTE: Put if the tech is used in shikai or bankai for the sake of order

Be more elaborate on the effect of your techniques... Describe how much damage they can potentially cause. etc. And for your shield technique describe what level attacks it can defend you from.
