Ayu is an older Arrancar. She thinks things through before going into battle and watches her foes to see their attacks and movements before attacking. Ayu is very independant and hates when she has to travel with a partner. Though she is an older Arrancar, she can be slightly immature is things don't go her way.

History:
Ayu lived a very boring life as a rich young lady in a huge palace with maids and servants with her little sister whom Ayu LOVED more than anything. Though she could get any guy she wanted, she was never interested in any. Especily the ones that her parents selected for her to have a trial date with. She always turned them down. After turning down one guy that her parents picked named Micheal, he became a stalker and watched everyting she did. Ayu was taking a walk in her snowy garden on the night of the full moon when Micheal attacked her, killing her in the prosses.

Ayu turned into a hollow and was so confused about life. She traveled mindlessly through Hueco Mundo, fighting Soul Reapers from time to time. When Ayu found her way into the Human world, smells all over made her go crazy and she whent on a rampage to find the best smelling soul. Unfortunatly, that was her sister. She Killed her sister and when she finally understood what she did, she hated the monster she had become and ripped off her mask so that she couldn't be that monster anymore.

After her transformation she found that there were others like her called Arrancars and set out to find them. When she did, they accepted her into their group and taught her all she needed to know. She promaced herself that she would never hurt another human, EVER and she would train herslef and better herself to kill hollows before they hurt anyone else.

Innate Ability:
Can lower foe's body temp to the point of freezing. Normaly takes about 5-8 minutes to completely freeze

I mean, people don't just rip off there heads. Your history is quite short and should also be increased. Your innate ability isn't an element.
