Shikai Ability: In this state, the Shikai would allow Ukiyo to convert his Zanpakuto into a semi-gun/sword state. Allowing a shot from the Zanpakuto to freeze a certain part of the body, freezing a part of the body would also freeze the blood vessels, freezing the blood vessel would make the tissue die off because of the shortage of blood, thus, giving frostbite. Prompting amputation. The second ability comes from the Zanpakuto, a hit from the blade would freeze a large portion of a body part, thus, numbing the entire area but not necessarily giving frostbite. It can weaken the body part considerably, allowing Ukiyo to break it on a whack. It'll take 4 posts to thaw the body part out. If it hits another Zanpakuto, it'll freeze a part of the Zanpakuto, if enough beatings was applied, it'll freeze the entire Zanpakuto and can even freeze the hand holding it.

Bankai Ability: The entire area would freeze over as a winter wonderland would be established, basically how much is frozen would be comparable to the size of 1/3rd of Karakura town. This artificial Winter would have snow, there, ice forming. Just about all that is needed to have a Christmas, followed be an entire ice dome sealing the area to prevent escape, being 10 feet thick. His Zanpakuto becoming a set of Flintlock pistols that has a blade. It is basically the same as the Shikai, but the difference is that the bullets have a 'homing' ability and that they don't freeze anything, able to track down their target wherever he/she goes. The reason why it is sealed is so that they cannot escape as this is his ultimate judgement upon thee.

Techniques:

Name: Icy Zero.
Effect: Where as the Cero would fry off a surface, the Icy Zero absolutely freezes the surface, being frozen by this attack isn't all this simple, if frozen by this, the entire Ice beam attack would shatter, resulting in the enemy's death.
Duration and or Cooldown: 1 CD.

Name: Domesday.
Effect: This attack is basically a dispelling of Illusions. By making a crystalline surface, it'll refract the Illusion and absorbed it's effects into that crystalline ice, only to shatter, along with it goes the illusions, making it basically an anti-illusion tech.
Duration and or Cooldown: 2 CD.

Name: Guardianship.
Effect: This is basically forming a shield around Ukiyo that'll protect him from any incoming attack, being denser than diamond, it can even refract the most powerful projectiles and withstand the most shocking of blows. It can shatter upon Ukiyo's will, and can extend to protecting up to 5 people.
Duration and or Cooldown: 6 D, 3 CD.
