Name: Weiss Avenger

Bow Manifestation: It looks like Ryuken Ishida bow but is Pure white. It is a one handed bow and has an invisible string. It shoots out black arrows and it very light and the arm.

Description: (Describe the power of your bow, how fast it fires, how strong. But fast fires are low damage. Large damage slow rate of firing ) The bow fires off 2 arrows per shot. The speed of the release isn't fast but the arrows themselves are very fast. They are very strong and powerful. But it takes a 1 post recoil and can be summoned by holding out your hand and saying, " Weiss Appear." And it can be called bakc by crushing youy hand into a fist after you say, " Weiss Disperse."

Techniques:

Dual Fire:
Ryuuken can shoot out 2 arrows at once and are extremly powerful. They are moving fast enough and are not very long but on impact the arrows explode violently. The arrows are about 4 incehs long and 1 inch wide leaving it to by short but very powerful.

Path Control:
Ryuuken is able to move his arrows through the able verbally and mentally. This effectively makes the Quincy's spirit arrows miniature heat-seeking missiles, but instead of locking on to heat, they target whatever enemy they have. He can only move 2 arrows at max. The arrows can shift about 1 or 2 posts. ( Whichever is allowed.)

I see some problems with it, but Maxwell has final say on Quincy bows, so you'll have to wait for him to take a look.

You need cooldowns and usage limits on both techs.

Path control can be used once every 3 posts.

Dual fire is a regular and master technique that instead of shooting out super fast arrows and making alot he shoots out 2 arrows with good speed as the others but slightly slower but greater damage. The fastest amount of arrows per second is about 75, since is 2 arrows coming out.

Ummm...To get things straight, you can only fire two arrows per post?
