Personality: (Rouge is a more quiet person and does not talk to many people and if he does he is not very nice but he is a rather fun person. He is not a emo even though people think he is because of how he acts sometimes. but Rouge has about every personality in him.)

Background/History: (Rouge was born a kid who was abandoned by his parents and they left him for the otehr quincys to take care of. but he hated all of the other quincys and decided to devote his young life to learning the art of the bow. soon Rouge became a expert at it in a very short time. Rouge then was put in to the elite training at age 10 for the quincys and once he was done he developed a new kind of arrow. it was a black arrow the reshi became so dense and powerful in his glove that his glove that it turned black.

Rouge then became one of the most powerful quincys and he was 17, rouge then started to become to powerful and one day in a sparing practice he killed his sparing mate with his dark arrow. Rouge did not mean to but then got in a large argument about it with the lead quincy and they banished him from there learning and he should never see another quincy again. Rouge was sill a quincy but never was associated with any of them. )

RP sample: (Rouge takes his bow lowering it in to position then a black arrow forms in side the bow and growing and starting to get thin then shoots out with incredible speed then in mid air it breaks in to shards of the arrow all fly out of the single arrow scattering all over.

Once the arrows hit the ground the ground starts to shake and dust rising from teh ground spinning around in the air and once the dirt clears al there is is hundreds of craters in the ground, )

Dude you can just say that you where a soiled little brat who was raised and forced to take archery lessons. Say you hated it alot and then ran away from home nad then you saw a weird creature attack this young female. Then you summoned your courage nad formed abow, and then you slayed it. get my drift?

are you trying to be put in the rogue category?? I am not sure what you are going for, quincy or rogue.... It looks fine, sort of short... I dont think you will be getting an elite spot, your RP sample was really short. besides that, I will approve you.

what i mean is he is almost a rouge but not quite
