Shikai: In shikai form, the blade of the katana will disappear completely. In its place will form a thin line of gold. The line will produce floating, glowing, runes and dots of light. The edge of the blade is completely invisible, though its shape seems to be that of a single wing. The blade gives off a faint yellow glow every time it strikes something. Its handle turns into one built more for a broad sword. It is slightly longer, and the cross guard is shaped like two flowers with their stems sticking together. The actual handle takes the same effect, the pommel of it shapes like another flower. It is gold, leather bound, and covered in tiny jewels and runes.

Shikai Ability: Ibuki's ability allows Ochiba to take in a massive amount of air, and then release it in different forms. This can be in the form of a weapon, a massive spherical projectile, or even several hundred needle-like shards of condensed air. The air that is released can be as hard as steel, and glows even more brightly the harder it is. It glows yellow.

Techniques:

Name: Chiri - Dust
Effect: Chiri is a technique utilizing his shikai ability at very little density. As a result, it only gives off a faint glow of yellow. Within the air that he will breathe out is a spore formed from his reiatsu, similar to sparkling dust or fairy dust. This dust will mess with the reiatsu-forming capabilities of anyone who breathes it in. This will bring down their kidou-based attacks' power by one third.

Name: Yousei - Fairy
Effect: Yousei is a technique utilizing Ochiba's shikai ability. He will take in a massive breath, and then release it to form several creatures of condensed air. These creatures take the form of small fairies, glowing yellow. The fairies will fly around the field and attack or distract the opponent until they disperse. He can create up to five at a time

Name: Ya - Arrow
Effect: Ya is a technique that can be used in any form of his zanpakuto. He will thrust his blade toward his opponent, sending a sharp cone of reiatsu toward them. This cone of yellow energy will pick up speed and power as it goes, moving straight toward the opponent. The closer it is the more accurate, and the less powerful.
