Appearance: Kitaro is actually quite a handsome man. His face is well defined, always calm and serene. However, he rarely smiles, which drive away more women then it attracts. His hair is the texture of silk, long and fine, and silver in color, going all the way down his back. Normally, for the sake of composure, Kitaro's hair is tied back in a high riding ponytail. There are times that he allows it to flow freely, like when he is off duty in the Sereitei or when he activates his Bankai.
Personality: Extremely cocky and snide, Kitaro takes his pride seriously, never backing down from a challenge and always approaching it with malicious intent. Often seen as cold, uncaring, in reality Kitaro keeps a soft spot deep down for those he cares for. Kitaro has a strong demeanor and is serious almost all the time. He takes his role as captain seriously and punishes anyone who shows him disrespect. He commands respect and isnt afraid to stab people in the back to achieve what he wants.As a Captain of the Shinigami, Kitaro believes in order. Those who break the rules should be punished according to the standards set down by superiors, even if the crime committed was a small one. He always emits a cool persona, serene and calm at all times, rarely letting his other emotions show. He thinks on the same wavelength as Kuchiki, Byakuya, the Captain of Squad 6. This might be due to the fact that he once served in Byakuya's squad and saw him as an idol. It is because of these similarities in his strict nature that Kitaro is often referred to by "The Drill Sergeant".

History:
History: When Kitaro arrived at Soul Society, he wound up in the Rukon district. Things immediately got hard for him. He had no place to live, no food to eat, no way to support himself. He was an orphan. He had to fight to survive, stealing food from town vendors and beating off wild dogs and older bums who tried to steal his food. Alone, bitter and angry at these continued hardships in both life and death, Kitaro began picking fights with many of the locals over small matters, sometimes even for no reason at all. Normally, he would win, to, at the cost of sometimes severe injuries.
This went on for a couple of years until, one day, fate smiled upon him. While wandering the streets of the district, hungry and bitter, he bumped into someone. He jumped back defensively, ready to fbeat the living daylights out of the unfortunate soul, when he recognized the face. This man was a Shinigami, the same one who had rescued him from becoming a tormented, tortured soul, the one person other then his mother to show him kindness. The Shinigami immediately sensed the strong spiritual pressure that dwelled within Mishima, and took him in. Shortly thereafter, Kitaro was enrolled in the Shinigami Academy.
The easily riled orphan soon learned that just because he had managed to get into the academy did not mean his life was about to get easier. The majority of his fellow classmates came from more privileged backgrounds and families, and often ridiculed and provoked Kitaro because of his own background. They tried to pick fights with him, often shoving or tripping him in the hallway. However, even if Kitaro was easily angered, he was also smart. He knew that with almost no references or backing, he would be thrown out of the academy and back onto the streets. He learned to curb his temper, soon developing the serene, calm expression he has come to be famous for. With this attitude, he was able to focus on his studies more intently, and quickly climbed to the top of his class.
A lower classed individual climbing through the class was unacceptable to these people. Therefore, they conspired to deal with Kitaro once and for all, utterly humiliating him. The opportunity came when it was time for sparring matches. Without warning, the students attacked Kitaro all at once, instead of one on one. However, the surprise came to THEM when Kitaro beat down each and every one of them with fluid efficiency. It just so happened that when this event went down, Byakuya Kuchiki, Captain of Squad 6, had been at the Academy to scout for possible squad members and witnessed the event. He lightly praised the prowess of Kitaro's swordsmanship and left, leaving a stunned group of students and a gratified Kitaro.
Shortly thereafter, Kitaro graduated from the Academy with honors, and requested to be assigned to Squad 6, where he quickly made 4th Seat. He saw Byakuya as his idol, hoping to become the type of man that he was one day. He trained relentlessly to better himself, volunteering for dangerous missions constantly and often meditating to attain spiritual contact with his Inner Sword Spirit. After several years, his work finally payed off, and he achieved the highest power a Shinigami could ever hope to achieve: the power of Bankai. He did not reveal this discovery, however, and kept it a close secret until he felt it was necessary to reveal it.
He did not have to wait long. After the betrayal of Aizen, Gin, and Tosen, the Gotei 13 was now incomplete, and needed new Captains to fill their spots. Kitaro almost immediately applied for Captain of Squad 5, and was shortly accepted into that position. Today, he holds this rank strongly and proudly, enforcing the rules and laws of Soul Society, while at the same time vying to improve himself in order to help combat the Arrancar threat.
Zanpakuto's Name: Kensei

Shikai: The Shikai of my sword is named Kuroi Kensei. When i call the name of it a heavy fog rolls in and surrounds the user in it. Then the sword Turns all black from tang to gaurd to hilt.The sword is light and fairly easy to swing which allows for massive blows and powerful swings allowing the user to be quick but powerful at the same almost always givng him the upper hand in battle and allowing them to suprise opponents easily.
Shikai Flaw: Speed
Bankai: When Kitaro first releases his Bankai, his great boost of Reiatsu takes on the smoke that most Bankai usually release. Now Kitaro now wears underneath a Black tall tee. And over it he wears a Black and Platinum chest plate. With armored Black and Platinum shoulder plates. Kitaro’s Black tall tee may seem tight on him, but truth be told it is very comfortable for him. As for the length, it reaches down right in front of his knee cap. All of his Bankai clothes are very comfortable actually, enabling him to move around a lot better.
Going down by Kitaro’s pants he now wears Black Hakama Pants, the same type that Shinigami wear. Now of course for the groin area and the armpit there are rubber protectives, guarding those two areas. And for Japanese armor, he does not wear the corrective helmet. Down attached to his plate are three Black and Platinum addition plates. Which can be explained clearly from the DBZ character, “Saiyan” armor. For his shoes, Kitaro wears the traditional Japanese sandles. Except the bottom parts, knowing they will probably give off too much of a sound. Not to mention the fact that his jewelry are removed. In no way does the armor hold Kitaro back, speed wise.
Kitaro’s new weapon is one refined black sword, which is about six feet long of a blade. With Kitaro’s muscle he should be able to move around faster and use it more effectively without his chains. The sword is only straight black, with a Platinum aura about it.. A huge black reiatsu aura would be flowing around him just about now. His gloves are still there for back up, though it is usually not needed when he is using his Bankai. Kitaro’s new shoes are strictly black, seeing as the shine of them would get in his face.
Three Serpent are summoned behind Kitaro, they are all about the length of 65 feet long. Like the shikai, they are black and have platinum eyes. Only with the bankai their teeth are sharper than ever before. The skin of these monsters are dangerously as hard as steel. These serpents have quite the dragon look to them though. The teeth of them are as hard as their skin as well. Along with the ends of the Serpents are a sharp tail, actually more of a fin. Strong enough to slash people with them and smack them away.

Swordsmanship: Being a captain kitaro has always pushed himself to be the best with a blade. Even at the academy he pushed himself to graduate top of his class with distinctive honors in swordsmanship. [Major]
Spiritual pressure: Kitaro's spiritual pressure is suffocating almost rivaling that of old man yammo's.
Reistu Control: Kitaro knows how to control his reistu and how to bend it to his will allowing for massive attacks that have devastating affects
Weaknesses:
Kido: Kitaro has a weakness when it comes to kido. He thought little of it during his days at the academy and mainly focused studies on swordsmanship.
Merciless: Kitaro is a strong believer of the strong shall live and the weak shall die. Kitaro also believes in the harshest punishments possible for crimes commited.
RpSample: Kitaro sat in the forest around a fire staring deeply into it. He sat there reminiscing about his past and how far he had come since the academy. He sighs heavily at the thought knowing that his dream of being a captain is with in his grasp. He senses high amounts of reistu approaching, it stirs him from his trance and he quickly stands drawing his sword. Somone walks out of the bushes dressed in captains robes. Kitaro quickly lowers his weapon and greets the captain formly before sitting back down by the fire as the captain joins him by the fire. The captain trys to engage in idle conversation but kitaro wont have it. He bluntly asks " Why are you here?" The captain is take aback at his bluntness and quickly gets to the point by informing him that he isn needed back at the seretei. Kitaro sighs heavily again and gets up and starts packing up his things . When he turns around the captain is gone He shrugs and finishes packing before returning to the seretei. Upon returning to the seretei he finds it in utter chaos. He Stops and asks someone running by " Whats going on here" The shinigami replys " Were under attack sir" " By whom" he asks. The shinigami Looks at him slightly puzzled. "Dont stand there and look stupid answer me" He says quite annoyed. The shinigami Stares at him quite scared " im sorry sir " he replies trembling. Kitaro annoyed says " Get out of my site you pathetic welp" The shinigami runs off crying. Kitaro mutters too himself "Pathetic". He continues on his way to the Squad five barracks. upon entering the barracks he observes the same scene as he found outside. Utter chaos and disorganization. He face palms at the site of this. He mutters again " and this is what im expected to work with". He finds his vice-captain and asks " Who is attacking us and why are they attacking us?" The vice-Captain has a blank look on her face. Kitaro face palms again think "why me". The Vice-Captain informs kitaro that there is a captains meeting Being held in the Squad 1 barracks. Kitaro Nods and heads off towards the squad 1 barracks.On his way to the barracks he is confronted by one of the attackers. Wasting no time kitaro Draws his zanpaktou. His zanpaktou is different from all other shinigami in its sealed state it looks like a longsword that is about 5 foot long and about 5 inches wide. He quickly asks "Who are you?" He gets another stupid look and thinks 'is everyone so stupid today that they cant think?'. Finally he asks again " Who the hell are you and why are you here?" Finally he gets a response "Who I am is none of your concern and why I am here is none of your concern either, All you need to know is your going to die." The unknown person laughs wickedly while Kitaro smirks. " Im going to die eh?" "Yes your going to die" and with that the unknown person attacks Swining wildly at Kitaro. Kitaro easily side dodges the attackers blows watching them go harmlessly by him. Kitaro laughs at how pathetic his attempts are. Then he reaches out and grabs the attackers zanpaktou with his hand. The attacker looks shocked. " You say im going to die yet you cant even hit me." Kitaro throws the attacker back and says "Now you will die!" The attacker runs at Kitaro. Kitaro stands his ground waiting for the right moment to attack, Finally kitaro swings the large sword easily and cuts the nearly in half not killing but injuring him. The attacker coughs up blood and Kitaro merely laughs at him. "you are nothing but a sad pathetic excuse for an attacker now i will end your pathetic life." kitaro decaptiates the attacker and continues on his way to the Squad 1 barracks to the emergency captains meeting that has been called. He arrives late to the meeting and is given a harsh look by the other captains he merely ignores them and takes his place in line like he was there the whole time
