Personality: Gin is usually mistaken for arrogant due to the fact that he rarely uses his doll against anyone, even enemies, stating that 'It's not made to kill fools.' and prefers to rely on his physical abilities at times. He usually has a snide remark for every patient and person that comes into his hospital, but the words are mostly ignored out of gratitude for healing them. At times, he can't understand his fellow bountou as he can't speak a lick of German, only fluent in Italian and Japanese. When it comes to his career as a Doctor, Gin takes the job very seriously, despite the relaxed and jerkish attitude that is displayed.

History: Due to being born in a War in Italy, Gin grew up in a hostile environment, surrounded by enemies and threats no matter where he went. In school, it was no better, the place had took on a strict teaching regime in order to properly prepare the students for the grimness and carnage of war. Like raising mini-soldiers, the children grew into emotionless, hardened, and fierce warriors. All except for Gin, who kept his humanity despite the gruesome methods employed by the scholars. So over the years, his hidden personality began to manifested itself as he fought, eventually awoke.

Just as the man was face his end at the barrel of a bayonet, a inky substance rose from behind the enemy and engulfed the poor bastard, leaving nothing behind, not even a speck of hair. Astounded by this, Gin began to experiment with the strange happening, stumbling upon the fact that the saving grace on the battlefield was his shadow. He came upon the trigger for the miracle, by expressing the true emotions that the soldier had hidden for so long, it would rise and obey him to his will. With this, the war soon came to a end, Gin's power too much for the opposition to handle. Over the years, The Bount only grew stronger, but felt a strange hunger when near people, and one day succumbed to the urges.

The poor victims of this was his own family; and after realizing the truth of what he did, Gin fled the city, not seen in centuries. The Doctor was last seen opening a successful hospital in Italy.
