Jack sat at the well made steel outdoor table, its white painted face glimmering gently in the ocean sun. That same sun making his pale skin seem like so much porcelain, it was here in the sun that the man never look normal. His to pale skin seeming even more out of place, than it did when he was in the presence of shadow. A pair of sunglasses sat on his nose, blocking the uncomfortable light form his soft blue eyes. As he picked up the small cup sitting next to him, taking a sip from the black mocha colored liquid inside. Before setting the cup down once again, a book perched in his right hand held up to a comfortable reading level. His right elbow propped up on the arm of his chair, as he sat in the match white painted steel chair.
He quietly read, every now and then taking a brief sip of his caramel flavored espresso. In truth he was very bored, it had been weeks now sense anything had happened to him. He had to wonder is this what a banker, or construction worker felt like. He had not spread his cause in weeks, nor had he killed anyone in going on a month. He sighed lightly to himself, as he continued to read. He needed to spread a little evil, to cause strife to slip into some poor humans life. It was what he lived for after all, his cause to promote. Some people liked to rescue neglected animals, he like to trap people in a burning build and listen to the their screams as he ate dinner. To each his own he supposed, but he could not help his small hope that today might at the least bring about something. anything interesting.
