Mizu vs. Annaleisa (Mono é mono)

In an open field with tall grass stand two feminine and curved figures. One wore a black Haori and Hakama, the other wore opposite which is to say white. The one who wore black is a blond, a sheathe of a katana was strapped to her side whilst the one wearing white was a red head. Her sword absent as she had only her hands. The respective parties were presented in this order, the one wearing black is Anna, whilst the one wearing white is Mizu. The field's grass is up to the knees, as a few bamboos were scattered across. A couple of rocks and pebbles as well lying on the ground. As of the moment, both are ready to fight until the other is incapacitated.

She stood there a moment sharpening her focus, which for her was sometimes hard to do. She was commissioned to help train one of their allies, which she personally did not mind doing. One could always use a bit of exercise. Looking at Mizu she bowed once, as was customary and took a neutral stance. She did not draw the katana, not yet, but rather took a stance with the sheathed katana pointing towards Mizu her plans for the sheath remaining hidden for now. The wide swept across the field, the knee high grass seeming to be an ocean, the whole scene looked like an old Japanese film.

A grin, a smirk, not quite sure but it hardly mattered, her short red hair flowed softly in the breeze as her eyes shifted focus back and forth no where in particular, occasionally falling upon the form of Annalesia to give her a once up and down look before shifting off some place else in the distance. Truly it hadn't been her own idea to spar in such an out of the way place, she would have been perfectly fine fighting in a city street, fuck the humans who would get injured in the process. But alas, that crazy Bounto had decided the women would fight here, a battle without powers, a battle without even weapons for Kurayami Mizu, uneven advantage to the home team from the start.

Shifting her calm stance lightly, she let her boot slide lightly in the loose dirt beneath her feet, hey eyes narrowing slightly as a vicious smirk spread upon her lips, her tongue snaking out for a brief moment to slowly slide over them. "After this is finished, I'm going to eat you my lovely, you smell, scrumptious". Her voice was low and without feeling as she spoke, almost like how one would speak to an inanimate object, a toy even.

"Hm, how quaint" Annaleisa responded in a disinterested voice. To her fighting was a game, winning or losing were just outcomes. Her stance changed, only slightly as she shifted her weight to her front foot. She looked at Mizu, her balanced stance was well, balanced. There wasn't anything wrong with it, however there wasn't necessarily anything right either. It was time to put her to the test, with the katana still sheathed and pushing off her front foot, Annaleisa sped towards Mizu and planted her left foot inches away from Mizu's as she slashed the sheathed blade horizontally with her left arm motion so quick her hakama rippled, and the force behind the strike could be felt in the rushing of the air around it.
