Name: Redi Hakai

Manifestation:
An elegantly beautiful woman with blue hair in a voluminous dress with a cream fan. Her sash holds eight bells on it inscribed with squiggly words.

Release Phrase: Cry Out

Family: Reiatsu/ Kido

Level: Shikai

Sealed Zanpakuto: Small short sword with a pentagonal hilt, wrapped in purple with a silver metal under it.

Shikai:
Much like her Sealed Zanpakto only it's pentagonal hilt now has five bells hanging from it. These bells are in the design of Zaraki Kenpachi's but silver and slightly larger. They make a tinkling noise every time she moves the blade.

On the pommel, there's a tassel of braided cotton attached. From this braid she can throw her sword and swing it about. The blade itself is now notched with pearls running up the middle of the blade to the end.

Shikai Ability:
The Shikai state creates an invisible barrier of Reishi around the blade. This covering cannot be penetrated very easily. What's more, this reishi pattern creates extra length to the blade, making it longer (and yet, no heavier) than a normal zanpakto.

The Shikai, when used in the air, can also discharge a blade of air at the enemy, a blade that will cut through anything with Spiritual Pressure lower than Negami's.

Aside from the obvious advantage of not being able to see the blade, Negami also gains the ability to use a much faster Shunpo. She can also jump much higher than the average shinigami when her blade is released.

And, to no advantage in battle whatsoever, the Shikai shines beautifully and echoes the sound of its bells but in a much more subtle way. Fighting Negami with her Shikai is often followed by a music that is appreciated by most.

This Reishi that conceals the blade, what is the source of it? You? And if so, can this Reishi be re-produce whenever it is penetrated?

Also, you mention your blade not able to be seen and yet... you state it shines beautifully. You just contradicted yourself, fix that...

Also, provide the type of 'power' that could penetrate the Reishi around your blade. How many strikes would it would take and what not.

I think this might be it for the time being.

To your first question, yes, it does come from her. It can be reproduced so long as she has the reishi to do it. The blade can also become visible when she's angry, due to the amount of spiritual pressure she gives off when angry. 'pissed off" Negami's blade is just purple spiritual energy around the blade then. ._.
It's not a contradiction. It may appear so but the blade itself doesn't blink out of existence; our pearly friend is still there while the reishi creates a thin layer around it, extending beyond the end of the blade.
When I say 'very little' it means very little. Only someone with truly monstrous Spiritual pressure could break her reishi blade after a dozen or more strikes. Your average Joe could not break that blade. Lieutenants could if they get lucky...captains maybe...Someone like Kenpachi or Asran there's a high probability of they go all out.
