Name: Oda T. Sato
Ex- Division: 2
Appearance: Oda is slim in appearance, due to his athletic nature. As one of his kind, he is required to be physically fit and not to mention, he's just fond of it. He stands at 5'9, an average height in his eyes. His skin always seems a little tan, even though he doesn't spend too much time out in the sun. His clothing usually ranges from the clothing of other school students, to other types of shinigami clothing brought back when he left soul society.
Age: 189
Appearance Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: Oda's a very casual guy. Ever since his departure from Sooul Society, he's just been kicking it in the Human realm, waiting for something big to catch his attention again. He's quite the sociable guy, especially when it comes to the ladies. Some even dare to call him somewhat of a womanizer and a pervert, but, he'd rather disagree. He loves. Jokes and can be rather sarcastic at times. In battle, he tends to be more serious, that is if his opponent can get him convinced to do so. Otherwise, he'll simply toy around or even fight nonchalantly until he's convinced to fight harder, or the weakling he's fighting dies. When it comes to fighting females, he can sometimes underestimate them, because of their supposed frail nature. But, if he has to fight a girl, he will.
Hair Color: Black/Brown
Likes: Daydreaming, Lounging, Joking around, Training, Sushi
Dislikes: Small breasts, Pork, Stress, Busy work.
Crushes: Uh...Big breasts, good looking, other things I can develop through RP even though he'll probably never wind up in a relationship.
--------------------
Specialties: He doesn't really have a specialty, though he is very good at swordfighting and very agile.
History:Human Arc[/color] Oda Sato...this boy died at a young age, unlike too many others. His childhood was pretty nice, living in the average house hold with an average family. His parents were together and happily married and Oda was one of their four children. In age, Oda was the third youngest of the four, but the youngest boy. The first oldest was a girl, Rei, while the second oldest was a boy, Ryu, then Oda and then his youngest sibling, another girl being named Rin. Because of him and Rin were the youngest, they would sometimes receive a few hand-me-downs from their older counterparts, but not too much. For the most part, they were able to completely sustain and once the older siblings got jobs, the stress on the household became less stressed, as far as the finances were concerned. The older siblings were now 20 and 18. They were both in college, though each decided to stay home. By now, they had moved into a larger house, having 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Because of their father being in the medical/medicinal field, they decided to follow and were now in college for it as well. The mother on the otherhand worked a family owned convenience store next door. In the meantime, Oda had only been 12 years old and his younger sister 10. The first day of his first year in secondary school had been fast approaching and he had plenty of reason to be excited.
The First Day..It was now the first day of school and everything seemed to be alright. Oda's mother woke him and Rin up to begin to prepare for school. Oda was excited, knowing he would be in a new environment.
"Woo, first day of school~ and I'm starting on my wayy~Come on Rin, sing it wit meh! Doo, doo dah dey doo~"He sung while sitting at the breakfast table, with a slice of buttered toast hanging out of his mouth as he guided his fork across the plate, gathering eggs, grits, pancakes and whatever else their mother cooked up this morning in honor of their first days of the new school year. He glanced up at Rin to see her sitting across from him trying to contain a risible laughter from her brother's silly antics. She turned back to her plate and continued to eat while their mother walked through the kitchen with a stern look upon her face.
"Oda..Stop fooling around. You and Rin need to be leaving within the next couple of minutes any minute now. Hurry up. You can't be late on the first day of school. Here...are both of your bookbags with everything already you need already packed inside. Your lunches are sitting right here on the counter with your names written on them so you don't get them confused. When I come back here, I want to see no one here okay?"The mother held her index finger out, pointing to each thing she was naming as she spoke the word. He then looked back to her children, her finger now pointing to the door with a stern, motherly look on her face.
"Yes Mother..""Yes, Mom"Both children replied in unison. The mother nodded her head and a soft smile spread across her face. Her right hand reached to her lips and she blew a kiss to each child and walked out of the kitchen to finish readying herself for her day at the family store. All of the other members of the family were already gone for the day. About ten more minutes passed and by now, they were both finishing up their breakfast and drinking their glasses of orangejuice. Oda was the first to finish his, signaling it with a loud belch ripping from his throat. Rin's lips turned up and her right hand fanned in front of her nose.
"Ew, you're so disgusting Oda...Come on. We gotta go"He hopped up from her seat, taking Oda's plate along with hers and placing them in the sink. After doing so, she rushed to her bookbag and picked up her lunch bag. She tapped her foot in urgency and watched as Oda slothfully placed his glass into the sink and walked over to his things and picked them up. Rin opened the door and as she did so, she and Oda could hear their mother's footsteps approaching. They zipped out of the door, not even attempting to softly close the door to hide the fact that they had just left. They ran up the street, Oda looking back to the front door and looking in front of him to check to see if his mom would come to the door. Luckily, she didn't. So either she didn't notice them leaving late, or she would get them about it when they got back home/ After reaching the end of the street, the stopped running and proceded to walk for the rest of the way. Both schools had been across the street from each other and only about twenty-five minutes walking distance. They continued walking and then Rin smiled. She pulled out a necklace and showed it to Oda.
"Do you like? Mother bought it for me last week. I have been waiting for this day so that I can wear it"The happiness was radiating from her voice and Oda could do nothing but smile. But just as he did so, an ominous gust of wind surged past them. It felt so cold and lonely. It was so pained and so wanting. It seemed to need protection, but it's intagibility wouldn't allow for Oda to do anything. He looked to Rin and he could see the fear in her eyes. She could feel what it was that he felt too. But this wasn't the thing to be afraid of. A much more terrifying presence could be felt approaching, but neither him, not Rin could see it. Suddenly, as it got closer, each monstruous step could be seen, getting closer and closer. It snapped through power lines and crushed a building nearby. A loud growling noise, similar to that of a screaming wind could be heard. Oda didn't have a clue what was going on, but he knew that he and Rin needed to get as far away as possible.
"Rin! C'mon, we can't stay here or we'll die!"He yelled to her even though they were only about half a foor away. She didn't respond. She just kept looking slightly upwards, to what seemed to just be air, but even Oda knew that whatever was coming, was in that direction. She was frozen,,,petrified in fear. He completely turned towards her and began shaking her, trying to wake her from this trance-like state, but he just couldn't. With each passing moment, the invisible being closed in, destroying things nearby. The presence they first felt, that gust of wind...it left..Soon, he would find out that that presence was a spirit...one that was being chased by this more monstuous presence..otherwise known as a Hollow. He knew that they were going to die, but he just couldn't leave his sister alone. He grasped her in his arms, holding for dear life and crying at the same time, but all the while, she remained stiff. The hollow built up a cero in it's mouth and charged it densely. Oda just smiled, knowing these were their last moments, and said his last words.
"Rin...if you can hear me...I love you and I love all of our family. I wish it didn't have to end like this."At the end of his words, he could feel the presence releasing the charged blast towards him and his sister. He just clenched Rin tightly and before he knew it, the both of them were gone...no longer living in this world. They had literally vanished from the earth. A search had been set up to find the two children, but nothing was left of them or could be found except for the necklace that Rin held moments before her death.
Shinigami ArcAfter his death, he awakened, not in the Rokungai like most, but in fact he had already been in the soul society. He was located in the 4th division at this time and when looking down to what he had already been wearing, he was already in Shinigami clothing. It was so unfamiliar to him. He saw others walking around him, all wearing clothing just like his. Where was he? Why was he here? Soon, memories of what seemed to be just yesterday, were quickly brought to his conscience. He shuddered and memories of his sister flooded his mind. As this all happened, a Shinigami, appearing to be not much older than Oda, walked up to him and smiled.
"Hello, young Kuchiki Sir. Its about time that you finally came to.."Kuchiki? Sir? This confused Oda so much. But little did he know, when he and Rin arrived to this world, they were in fact in the Rokungai and happened to actually arrive together, unlike anything ever seen before. But upon arrival, Oda had been in a Comatose state. He was unaware of anything going on. But while happening, Rin eventually caught the attention of the current Kuchiki Family..but not just her, but Oda as well. Something about the two caught the attention of this prestigious family and convinced them that Rin and Oda were worthy enough of being adopted. So, within these months of being there, Oda had finally woke up. His sister was currently in the Shinigami Academy and he was soon forced to join about a day after waking from the coma. He complied and joined, after finding out that he was dead. There was nothing else for him to do, so why not become one of these Shinigami? Meeting up with his sister, the two shinigami in training would go through school...once again. Rin aced many of her classes, while Oda seemed to struggle in a few for a time. But through harsh training and pushing by his sister and the Kuchiki family, he would soon make it to Shinigami status. The even odder thing, was that upon graduation, unlike his sister, Oda had been recommended by 4 of the Captains for a Captain seat left open by a deserter. Many didn't understand why..and Oda didn't as well. He thought of himself to be just average, but little did he know, his abilities were more than that.
On the day of his Captain exam, he had been quite nervous, but without too much effort, he passed. He surprise many Shinigami that day, even himself. Because of the way he became Captain, his squad didn't have too much respect for him quite yet. They were still sour about their last Captain leaving them so suddenly. With about a years time, and after many successfuly missions, the grew to accept the very young Captain and he had soon been listed in the category as Toshiro Hitsugaya, a captain of old times, recognized for his youngness and genius skill on the battlefield. His sister, Rin, would become Lt. Of the 4th Squad and also become a strong shinigami and one of the few Vice-Captains with a Bankai and one of the youngest to ever attain one. The Kuchiki Family had become proud of their adopted family. But little did anyone know, Oda's time with the 13 Court Guard Squads would end so soon...
Hollowfication Arc: After being Captain of Division 2 for quite some time, trouble was bound to find its way into the Gotei 13 some day and that day was sooner to come than many even thought. The Espada were attacking the human world and Captains of divisions 2-5 were sent to deal with the elite Arrancars that had attacked while others were sent to Hueco Mundo to deal with the rest. Oda was set up to fight with La Segunda. For a while he fared well, keeping him at bay and even injuring him. The fight continued for a long time, the Arrancar eventually using his ressureccion and Oda using his Bankai. After doing so, the battle became even more intese and miliseconds became moments of eternity and were capable of deciding the whole match. While fighting, the Espada appeared to gain the upper hand, and because of this, the leiutenant of the 4th squad, Rin, jumped in the fight. This really wasn't a good idea, and because she did so, Oda wound up jumping into an attack to protect her from being pierced.
Once again, the two siblings were brought to a time where death was very much possible...but little did Oda know, this would not bring him to death, but it would begin a phase of this life that he could have never imagined. He was flung from the Espada's tentacle downwards to the ground. Before he could crash into the ground, Rin had used Shunpou and caught him and placed him softly onto the ground. Then as she inspected his wound, she became horrified.
H-his Soul Chain....I-its been broken..."Before she would say anything else, Oda looked to her and smiled. It wasn't him smiling, but something else not lurking within him. His eyes glowed a powerfuly red and from out of his mouth, a Hollow's mask began forming. Rin looked back up to the Espada to see why he hadn't attacked and noticed that the other Captains were now arriving, obviously having taken care of business at Hueco Mundo. Because of the mission there being a success, now the 4th Division Captain was able to also take a look at what was going on. He appeared right at Oda's side, saying only one word.
"Hollowfication..."Rin stared at her Captain, but he only looked at Oda, whose mask was forming faster and faster. So, he did the only thing he felt that he could for the moment which was....puling the mask off. Of course, this was very difficult, but with effort, he finally succeeded. Oda was completely knocked out and the battle had eventually ended. The shinigami won. The 4th Division Captain took Oda back to his division where he tried to help reverse the hollowfication. But, just as Kisuke, he could only stop it from proceeding, leaving him in an interbred race now known as the Vaizard.
Oda remained sleep, until later that night when everyone was sleep. Though he had been sleep, he would drift in and out every once in a while, where he learned that he was no longer a normal shinigami. The captain then spoke of the the race and their location in the human world. Oda overheard and now that everyone was sleep, it was time to now act on it. He wrote a letter to his sister, and then left the Division...left Soul Society...and went to the Human World....Now, it was his goal to find these others that were just like he was....

- Satoshi Tenshi wrote:
- Using the Quincy's high speed movement technique, Hirenkyaku, Satoshi made it from out of Karakura town within great timing. Taking maybe about, somewhere from 10-15 of these steps. Not much at all. Now, he was standing at the Hospital's main entrance, waiting for another young Quincy, his new Vice Leader in fact. Due to a few circumstances, he had to demote Sephiria. She wasn't happy about that in the least bit. Just thinking about the whole situation brought a slight tingling sensation to his jaw, only about a tenth of the degree he felt after she had first slapped him when hearing the news. In fact, Satoshi's left hand lifted to the left side of his jaw and lightly rubbed and his teeth clenched. He shook his head briefly obviously trying to erase the horrible thought. He looked around, gazing into the forest for a minute.
"Damn it~ Where the hell is Light?~"
Satoshi said in a sing-songy voice. He kept looking back and forth, turning to face the glassy building every once in a while. He loved how the windows had a one-sided view, so no one could look inside, but those on the inside could see outward. Within the minutes if waiting, he felt an awesome spiritual pressure, much like that of his own press down on the area around. This struck Satoshi's attention strongly, causing his head to jerk facing the forest...since that is where it came from. It was obvious to him that the presence was of that of a human...but it wasn't Light's or his own at all. Light would be strong, but this pressure was out of that guy's league. This intrigued Satoshi greatly and for more reason than one. A sudden outburst like that was obviously a sign or warning or whatever you would like to call it. It was to tell Satoshi that whoever this person was...they were coming. Even the dumbest person would know that if a person did that, knowing that they were now heading into unknown territory with an uncounted amount of enemies...this person must be here for friendly reasons and not an ambush. Not even the most arrogant person would flex power when in enemy's territory intending to fight, where the enemy basically held all control.
Feeling this pressure brought memories of that other human girl or superhuman, Paksennarion. The pressure felt similar to her's, but more powerful. Hm, something weird is going on. Why would a human of that strength be heading for this hospital? One could only wait to find out OR..do what Saoshi planned on doing: Going out and finding them before they found the Hospital. Whether enemy or not, Satoshi would rather them just not see the Hospital at all, until he knew the reasons for their visit. So, as casual as always, Satoshi walked out into the forest from the Hospital's Main Entrance towards the direction from where the Reiatsu came. He really had no reason to rush. He knew the layout of this forest like the back of his hand while the others were probably going off of instinct or rumor. This would logically mean that they were probably moving at a pace similar to his so that they wouldn't miss any turns or whatever they were looking for to lead them to the Hospital.
Within minutes, Satoshi was deep within the forest and the pressure of the other person, though not as intense as before, was getting close. Now, he could also feel another's presence..weaker than the other, but still strong in itself. Satoshi's eyes squinted slightly as he saw two figures in the distance, crossing his path passing by trees. Satoshi chuckled lightly and then, out of nowhere, he decided to yell out to the others in a friendly manner, though probably not using the most friendly words. For his sake, hopefully they were friendly because srceaming out to an enemy wouldn't have such a pretty outcome.
"Hey! You two!"
Probably at this time, they would have turned to face his direction? But whether they did or not, he Hirekyaku'd to a distance of about three yards to the right of these two gentlemen, waiting for the determining factor to whether or not attacking would be necessary or not.
"Hmm, I know I was supposed to meet Light in front of the Hospital, but I'm sure he'll find me here. I'm concealing my Reiatsu, but there's still enough leaking out for him to find me with ease, especially since we're only about three quarters of a mile from the Hospital..."
He looked on to the two humans, a soft red glow covering his body and his reiatsu slowly but surely, slipping out, like sand, falling through the cracks of a concrete sidewalk. Satoshi didn't intend to harm anyone, but precaution was never something to be overlooked. An approximation of the power slipping through right now would equate to that of about the tenth Espada. The rest, had been supressed, tucked away as to protect his true identity for the time being, until he knew what was going on. But as the moments pass, a few more grains of this "sand" would lead out, increasing ever so slowly that one person may not even notice. The glow surrounding him also would intensify at the same rate. With a friendly smile, he sighed.
"So, uh...mind telling me why you guys are here? I'm pretty sure you know this is the Quincy Forest. So, I'm guessing you're looking for our Race. Why?"
He chose his words wisely, making sure he gave no clues that would outright tell them that he was the current leader of this branched off Race of Humans, but enought to tell them that he was one of them. Their numbers were diminished over the years, mostly by the Shinigami's cruelty, so who could blame him for being so cautious? He needed to make sure that his Race remained protected....and secrecy was a part of that protection, hence why the Quincies currently reside deep within the forest, hidden away from all other races, even the other humans.
