Then he begins to charge a Blue Cero, inbetween, the ball of water itself. Then without hesitation The Cero would Launch a Huge Wave of Water. Infront of Zexion. Instead of Destorying the Target, It would capture them inside the water. Zexion then uses his abilit to control Water and Stop the Large wave of water. And then He Forces the water to pressurize on the opponent in the Following Post and Eventually explode from the Large Pressure put on the water. The Distance of the Cero Depends on the amount of water in the Cero, If they're 1 Km Worth of water then thats how far the wave of water shall go.[Takes On Post to Charge Water and Launch] [1 Post to Get ready for pressurization] [And a Final post to cause the Implosion of water]

from 700 your recharge time will always be 3 posts

Also, Water and blue is NOT an acceptable description of your cero. Please extend it.

Beyond that, it seems all right. Although, you'd need to condense/evaporate a LOT of moisture in the air and a lot of your body fluid if your opponent's pretty far away o.o;;
