Raijin Loraine's Propio Cero

Name: Incendio Tormenta

Looks: Takes the appearance of an reddish orang ball of reiatsu at the palm of Raijin's hand. It swirls around gathering reiatsu that makes it quite larger almost as large as his head. As it grow in size the color becomes more bright and dense as well. It then takes on another color as it grows, yellow.

Effect: As said in the appearnace of what this cero looks like. It takes the appearance of an reddish orang ball of reiatsu at the palm of Raijin's hand. It swirls around gathering reiatsu that makes it quite larger almost as large as his head. As it grow in size the color becomes more bright and dense as well. It then takes on another color as it grows, yellow.

Once at i's peak and can no longer grow in size it change to a pure white illuminated form. It then instantly begins to heat up the entire area around him to about eight hundred meters. Once released from his palm the cero burst at a speed close to a sonido engulfing all that is in it's wake into flames. Once the cero makes contact with an object it will explode into a fire storm that will spread out to eight hundred meters.

White flames will be spread out all over he area completely eating way at theoxygen in the atmospher and growing in size. But at a simple hand guesture Raijin can complete rid himself of the flames if he so wished to. The flames are immune to water that doesnot carry any spiritual properties or that does not equal to the reiatsu that are within them. These flames are capable of overwhelming regular flames.

During the beginning of creating this cero, it can be released at a pre-mature rate meaning before complete, but it will not be as powerful at it should. If the cero is to be fired once it is in it's reddish orange stage it is stronger then a cero but weaker then a gran rey cero. If it is to be fired at it's yell stage it is stronger then a gran rey cero but weaker then a custom.

It does take time to charge this cero to it's fullest and that will take about two post, but if one was in desperate need of it they can use the pre-mature cero and that would take either right away (reddish orange) or one post (yellow).

Note: This can be released from any part of his body (fingers, hands, mouth, ect...)

Recharge time: Depending on how long it was charged it would be doubled. So if it was one post then the recharge would be two post. If it was two post the recharge would be four post.

Name: Huracán ante Muerte

Looks: This is one of Raijin's favorite for the fact that it is mostly used on those that he see worthy enough to use it on. It has no color it has no exact form. It it barely visible. It is can only bee seen by captain level beings. If one is below that then it is pointless to try and see it. Luckily, he never uses it on weak opponents.

When forming this cero everyone within the limits of his eye sight can feel it. The air all around begins to condense itno the palm of his hand. By applying his reiatsu into it he is making it much more dangerous and more effecient. The cero will cause the air around him to swirl about like a dance of death.

When lookd at by an captain level being it is nothing more but a small ball of air that is coated by reiatsu. But when released it is visible to all of captain level and lower. This takes the appearnace of a large hurricane rushing from his palm. The wind around the cero swirls around sinisterly. As it rushes it cuts through object with ease.

This is able to cut through steel without problem. When placed against fire it does ot feed the flames the flames feed it. It slices through the flames like a katana through water. Once this makes contact with anything it will cause an great explosion that dwarfs the area and send off an shockwave of pure power. Thus large sharp compressed waves of wind would be released.

This is normally used from a great distance for he doe not wish to be caught it the mix of he impact explosion. He knows that if he was to be caught in it, it will be quite ugly for him.

Recharge: The recharge for this would be four post.

Dude. 800 meters for the first cero? NO NO NO NO NO. I do NOT permit having a firebomb Cero that can blow up that large of an area. And besides. Is that 800 meters the RADIUS or the DIAMETER? e.e;;

Is it a circular explosions? Or a spherical explosion. If it's like a large ring of fire spreading about, I might consider approving it if you decrease it's circumference. If it's spherical, denied in a heartbeat unless you decrease the surface area.

Also, about the 'incomplete' discharge of the cero. Does THAT also reach 800 meters? Please specify it's maximum dimension as well. And finally ... aren't you going to get caught up in the blast as well?

Okay. Maximum dimensions the blast can reach when it hits something? How sharp is the 'sharp' compressed waves? Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I don't think you specify a charge time ... if you actually have not, please add one. If you have, I dutifully apologize. Over all, I have less issues with this one ... though ... if your Res element is fire, how are you manipulating air/wind? Just curious.

Please correct these issues and I will approve them later so that you may begin your training.

Oh yes, and the cooldown rates you have listed are not in compliance with the template's standards. Please edit that as well.
