Level: shikia

Sealed Zanpaktou: normal katanna with an open mouth dragon hand gaurd, the blades is silver every thing else is blue.

Shikai: a collapsable windmill shuriken and a small shield appears on my fore arm. see link if you are clueless about the shuriken...

Shikai Ability: as it spins it sends ice shards in all directions except for mine, so it has a blind spot, but if a shard hits you that body parts more or less freezes for three post and cant really help you for the duration.

Bankai: a giant dragon encircles me and i gain a katanna for defense and my windmill shuriken becomes a word hilt. my dragon is controlled by how i move the hilt. i lash at some one and drago attacks that person, i lash at some one and twirl it, it fires a kidou like blast at them, its just a ball. and so on and etc.

Bankai Ability: i get five times faster than normal, and thats about it. i can launch massive amounts of ice-based kidous at alarming rates, and i can do it all day long. well actually only about 8 post in a row. with a 5 post cool down.

Techniques:
Rules in making Techs:
1-99 posts: 3 techs
100-199: 4 techs
200-299: 5 techs
300-399: 6 techs.... and so on and so fourth... you can add more techs as your post goes up.

TECH 1- ICE SHARDS- shikia and sealed and bankia- the shards fly for one of my post and one of my oppenants post. i can use as often as i can throw and it takes one post to come back to me.
tech 2- ICE DRAGON WINGS-either- i grow a pair of ice wings that allow me to fly, they last for 6 post and take a 6 post cool down.
tech 3- blizzard- shikia- when i throw my wind mill it starts a blizzard that just distracts and makes mirages come to life and allows me to hide among the storm like a ghost in a haunted mansion.
tech 4- arctic wave- any- during my sealed form i am able to swing my blade and an tidal wave of ice and snow wash over the field of battle and crushes the enemy, one time during battle. while in my released form, i have two options, i can do the same thing like the sealed but my windmill is collapsed, but when its opened i throw it and as its fly's towards the enemy its followed by the wave.
tech 5- any- artic crusher- i throw drago up into the sky and than a hail storm kicks up, but instead of only ice clumps to worry about ice sharps fall to the ground. it hits every turn dealing damage even to me, but at the same time im able to increase the number and size of the clumps. drago comes back to me after i launch her up. 2 uses per battle, storm stays for 5 post, with a 10 post cool down.

You are approved with the shikai but i dont know if your a aptain you have to ask Ekochi

i dont care if i am a captain, i had enough post the first time this site went down and never got a chance to bankia train so now i have it, using the befores sites post count to help with that.

oh come on man, what if I'm still mastering it so it acts like it has a mind of its own and attacks every thing including me.

No Bankai..Captains Only...now once you reach the post limit and train..you can have it...No EXCEPTIONS!
