Personality: Ukiyo is a snob in every sense of the word. He can be very mean and undermining at times. Ukiyo can sometimes be nice if he gets to know you but most likely he would be undermining. He only follows others when it suits him. If it doesn’t he would likely try to over through you. If Ukiyo thinks you are under him he shows it, he believes that people should not try to hide their emotions. He also loves to use torture.

Appearance:

History/Background: Ukiyo lived a peaceful life in a small town outside of Transylvania. His parents loved him and he had no brothers and sisters it seemed like the perfect life. Until one day a man came into their humble home asking for all their worldly possessions. After they did as the man said and handed over their possessions the man looked To Ukiyo. He moved closer to him whispering in his ear “I can give you powers you can never image you just have to kill your family,” said the man with a smile on his face. Ukiyo took the gun from the man’s hand and shot his parents. His mother screamed at the top of her lungs before she fell to the ground.

The man then began to glow an eerie black glow as his parent’s souls glowed the same black glow as the man. The sprits screamed as the man moved his hands towards Ukiyo. The souls moved into his mouth causing Ukiyo immense pain. When he awoke the man was gone and Ukiyo felt no different as if it had been a dream.

Another person then walked through the door. She didn’t have normal cloths on she was wearing some kind of black kimono on with a katana in her hand. Ukiyo walked up to the lady with an inquisitive look on his face. The lady hit the top of his head with her katana as he fainted again.

Ukiyo awoke in a small town he would later find out was Rukongai district 73. He walked ever so closer to what seemed like the middle of town trying to find out where he was. After many hours of walking he saw someone wearing the same out as the lady he had just met. A crowd had formed all around the man almost enough so that you could not see the man. Ukiyo walked up to a man looking to the man asking what was going on and who that was. The man was surprised Ukiyo didn’t know and simply said “he’s a shinigami don’t you know.” Ukiyo didn’t pay much attention to the man he just pushed through the crowd to get to the man. Ukiyo made it to the man just in time to see the only difference in between him and the lady a jacket.

Ukiyo had learned about the shinigami and the shinigami academy from various people in the crowd. He enrolled in the academy and graduated in three years excelling in most subjects. When Ukiyo graduated he was moved to squad 3 for his new found love of knowledge. He did well in this squad moving up to Vice captain before his past came back to haunt him.

Ukiyo was walking through the woods just out of the Seiretei when the black glow surrounded his body. The glow changed him changing his love of knowledge to a love a torture. Ukiyo’s whole personality changed in a matter of minutes he was a new man.
