Saikuro's Quincy Glove

Bow Manifestation:
Takes the form of a snow white glove. It looks like it may be made of cheap leather. But it really is made of some type of metallic material that's soft to the touch. A material that cannot be found in Karakura, only in the small city of Saikuro's origin. It can block most weapons, including zanpaktous. However, it's sensitive to heat and will burn Saikuro's hand harshly if exposed to intense amounts.

After Saikuro chants the incantation, the glove glows with an intense blue aura that then compresses it's self around the glove, which it will then shoot arrows at the target.

Description: The glove gives Saikuro the power to change how his arrows look in order to take the characteristic of an object that he wants it to fire. For instance, if he thinks about his arrow taking the form of a feather, then the arrow will take the form of a feather and be fired at the opponent. Same could be said if he wanted it to take the form of small bullets. The firing rate depends upon what he wants to be fired at his opponent. Like a feather will have a fast firing rate, a ball made of pure spirit energy will have a slower firing rate. Quincy arrows taking the shape of small items would not be able to get through the second layer of the skin, only causing minor scratches. If he wants the arrow to take the form of larger items, which would be slower but cause more intense damage.(Large arrows, beams of concentrated energy, etc.)

Rules in making Techs:
1-99 posts: 2 techs
100-199: 3 techs
200-299: 4 techs
300-399: 5 techs.... and so on... you can add more techs as your post goes up.

1)Holy Separation: A technique that causes an arrow(or an arrow that takes the form of a fast firing type object) and splits it into 50 smaller pieces with an increased amount of speed but a small amount of power. (3 post cooldown)

2)Staff of Virtue: A technique that turns the glove into a staff with a blue orb located at the top. The orb located at the top can only shoot quincy arrows, the staff can also be used for melee combat since it's physically as tough as the glove it's self. (10 post cooldown. Last until destroyed or turned back into glove.)

Please describe more clearly on the power of your glove. As in how much force will your typical feather have? Also, please specify on the blocking power of the aura around your glove? As in what is it's breaking point? Also keep in mind than when you fire a bigger arrow from your glove, that it will have more force but it slower. It goes vice versa also.
