Shikai Ability: to change into different weapons: sword, scythe, two sided sword, bladed spear, ect.

Techniques:
1. Lightning speed: This lets anomie go at the speed of shunpo for a short time (1-2 posts and 3 posts to cool down)
2.Lightning blast: This lets anomie to shoot lightning out of his zanpaktou.the lightning is as wide as anomie and it can go 20 feet far. the atack lasts for one post and when it hits you it will suverly harm you if it is close.
Rules in making Techs:
1-99 posts: 3 techs
100-199: 4 techs
200-299: 5 techs
300-399: 6 techs.... and so on and so fourth... you can add more techs as your posts goes up.
NOTE: Put if the tech is used in shikai or bankai for the sake of order

2. How big is the lightning blast? how long does it last? what are the effects?

Also anomie can you elaborate on the Shikai ability, not exactly sure what you mean by "to change form"

lighting chain:anoime will have a chain of lighting at the bottom of his sword and can be held by anomie and he can throw his sword at people and bring it back to him. this lasts for 3 posts and needs 2 posts to cool down.
