Shikai Ability: Ryoku's Shikai increases his speed and physical strength. Every time a punch or kick is landed by Ryoku a flash of light is created.

Touken Assarishita - Swords of Light (Shikai)

Ryoku by focusing his energy, Ryoku can create up to 6 swords made of blue energy. These swords are about the size of an average short sword, they can be wielded by Ryoku, and can impale targets from far away. When these swords impale a target they shatter and disappear. The swords act as regular swords.

Amatsu Hogosha - Heavenly Guardian (Shikai)

Ryoku creates a gigantic spectral being that resembles a female angel. The angel is a being of pure light, its eyes are closed, its mouth is shut but it is smiling, and its hands are closed together as if its praying. The angel opens its hands and can then block just about any attack and can use the energy of that attack, and attack the opponent by opening its mouth and shooting a great white sphere at the opponent, Dark Energy can not be redirected it can only be blocked. This attack can be only used twice in a match. Only the user and the opponent who shot the attack can see it. It only last one post.

Amatsu Hakaisha - Heavenly Destroyer (Shikai)

Ryoku creates a gigantic spectral being that resmbles a male angel. The angel is a being of pure light, its eyes are open, it has red eyes, its mouth is open and it looks angry, and its hands are open, one hand has beads and the other has a spear. The being reacts to all of Ryoku's Movements and copys his attacks. If any thing is impaled by the spear that person or object will be severely damaged and will not be able to move for one post. If the spear is used the being will disappear, the being only last 5 post. It can only be used once.

does the energy include dark as well?

I don't believe one hit kills are allowed..you can change it to being severely damaged and or binded for a turn, but not instantly destroyed.
