Kageryu draws light particles mixed with his reiatsu into his wings and mouth creating a large ball of highly charged light reiatsu it is very powerful being 50 times as strong as a cero, also an enemy hit with this has their reiatsu and energy cut in half. C/D: 9 posts

Okay, here are a list of my concerns.

Okay, just what is this concentrated Hierro? Does your Hierro become stronger? Potent as in explosive or just simply a term?

Be more specific instead of vague, for all I know, you could create a bladed atomic bomb to find a loophole. Though for your own combat's sake, I advise you to put "concentrated light energy" since just light energy is too vague, and makes it harmless.

So where did you get fire from exactly if your element is light? Anyways, just get rid of this part.

Nope, this is just too vague, this site is not a stats site. I don't know what's your speed, so I'll assume it's negative 3, meaning you are a slow ass. Get rid of this tech, it's too vague.

And when I say multiplie by 3, I mean he multiplies Kageryu's usual speed by 3.

Nope, I still don't go with numbers. This is not some stats site, we don't judge something on numbers like 3 to increase our ability, it's too vague. I have no idea what your character is capable of by a number if you do not have anything to determine his power from relative to a chart. Anyways, Just get rid of those numbers and put more practical terms, like increase his power by five folds, or enhance his speed thrice. Either ways, if you increase your speed, strength or etc. I expect some more cooldown on those numbers, especially since you have a two package deal with abilities.

The last ability, I told you to get rid of either the strength or the Cero, you can't have both since it's a two-parter in an ability.
