Dull ... patient ... waiting(Private)

(OOC: Blegh ... simple post.)

So there he was, the little child. The 5th Espada. And currently, he was sitting on his little round tush in the midst of the hallways leading about to god-knows-where. Only thing he knew about this place was that it was closeby the Octava's Palace, and that he had carefully hand-drawn a map to this quiet 'meeting place'.

But gods, he was not meant for sitting here quietly! He had seen the recruitment sheet for some mission of infiltration, but ... now all that was left was to wait for Leonidas before the plan could be set in motion.

The young Espada twiddled his thumbs(literally) while making sure his zweihander was neatly wrapped in the white ribbons.

Leo lay in his bed looking up at the ceiling with his arms crossed behind his head. He currently agreed to a mission set up by the Septima espada and was playing out the plan over and over in his head. After a few moments, he twisted his body so that his feet were touching the floor on the side of his bed as he sat up. He stood to his feet and wald over to the sink attacthed to the wall. Running the water, he quickly splahed his face with the water to try and make himself a little more alert. Turning off the sink, he slowly walked over to his white uniform, now hanging on the back of his door, and put it on. Leaving his collar unzipped, he left his face visible as he walked out the door and down the hall to see the 5th espada sitting on the floor. With his emotionless eyes focused on him, he addressed the espada, "My apologies. I did not know you were waiting for me." Putting his hands in his pockets, he closed his eyes for a brief moment, "This will make things much easier. Lead the way, Merrow." His melancholy tone never changing, he opened his eyes and awaited the Quinta's next move.

Merrow nodded stiffly at Leon, resisting the urge to tackle him into the next dimens- … ah, screw it, he needed a hug.

No doubt, Leo would be very confused … one moment he would be standing, the next he would be on the ground, no exceptions. Ever since the failure to tackle Pereza occurred, Merrow had honed his ‘uber’-tackle to be of legendary proportions. It was just the sight of Espada brethren that gave the final little boost needed in his body to break the sonic barrier WITHOUT a sonido. While he was (physically) a twelve year-old child … he had a well-trained mind that was eons more mature than his body … but it seems his child-like tendencies over-ruled the vast the storage of knowledge that was his mind.

Merrow sat like a happy puppy on Leo’s lap, in a cheery sing-song voice he chirped out a gleeful tune, completely unbefitting of the fifth most lethal killer of this entire Palace. He happily smiled, while declaring aloud in joy of the triumph of his ‘welcoming to the Espada’ gesture performed on every newly promoted ‘Blade’ these days.

But, the Espada then realized the situation he was in … sitting atop a brother was no doubt completely confused or utterly disgusted … as was the usual reaction. The ‘young‘ and rather small arrancar then hopped off, and in a hurried gesture, opened up a Garganta … forgetting this short moment of joy to focus on the mission on hand.

”So um … Leo-nii-san.” the cheery youth said aloud, while making use of the term of endearment and the fellow Espada’s first name, ”Our mission is to head to the human world, and kidn- … I mean, drag wi- … I mean … meet up with Pereza, the Tercera. After getting to him, we’ll go and located Jackal, the Cuarta … once we’ve got the whole team together, we’ll then be breaking and entering the Seireitei, Hiruma-nii-san may be joining us. Any questions? Other than why did I tackle you? No? GOOD!”

He babbled out this long passage, without giving a single moment for the perhaps-still-on-the-floor-perhaps-not Espada to speak. The child-like arancar then jumped into the Garganta, and dashed through the swirling void of dimensions, leaving it open for Leonidas to follow through.

As Leo stood there looking at the quinta with his, almost, lifeless eyes, he noticed that the espada's heartbeat was racing. Using his keen animal-like senses, he was able to pick up on it but quickly dismissed it after a few seconds. Be fore he could blink, Leo found himself laying on the floor after just being tackled by the quinta. He had a feeling he was planning something but, Leo never would've guessed he'd be tackled so...casually as though it was not a big deal. Not knowing what to do at that moment, he just laid there with a big question mark on his face while the quinta sat on his lap.

After a few moments, Merrow got up and explained the situation but Leo was still stuck in a trance still trying to comprehend what just happened. After Merrow explained himself, he opened a gargantua and promptly jumped through it, hinting Leo to follow him. After a few moments, Leo finally stood to his feet as his face slowly turned to its melancholy state. He had a lot to learn when it came to the personalities of his espada brethren. Wiping off any dirt he might of gotten on his coat, he slowly walked through the gargantua.
