The 'God' Debate Ic Part

Ic:

Claus sits comfortably in the arm chair which was placed upon the large stage. He was at a famous T.V. talk show and the host was a Crazy ass Jap who continued speaking japanese. Clause had no idea what he was saying, He didn't know why he was here and thought that maybe accepting the invitation he received in the mail was unnecessary. Claus looked over at the Talk show host and then jumped out of his seat to punch him in the face, knocking him out. He fell on the floor unconscious and Claus sat in the chair he fell out of. Claus adjusted his glasses and cleared his throat; "Ahem. Lets talk about this 'God' Character and what you think of him. Personally I feel, that this 'God' Is a non existent Bitch, a Symbol created by Tree loving hippies who had nothing better to do with their time than to create a rumor about a deity. Anyone with thoughts on this please, there are several chairs on the stage. Come up and share your thoughts bitches."

Ajaket walked upon the stage, somewhat quiet ... but nonetheless a simple smile was upon his face. He hadn't expect such a subject to appear ... but nonetheless, he was more than willing to participate in this discussion.

"I have ... a thought about God.

God is an influence.

Whether He is real or not, the mere thought of Him, be it because we think of Him or that He watches us, causes us to behave ... well ... differently. If we knew he didn't exist, or weren't all that familiar with the supposed Book of His, would anyone care about Him? No, it's because we all are told about Him that we know something about Him. Some being that flies about, real or not, and looks upon us all. Such simple thoughts seem to weight upon the human psyche, and thus causes us or them ... or whatever, to behave differently than naturally."

He had taken a seat, right had scratching the mess of hair that was like a black mophead. But still, despite the disheveled appearance of his and odd crimson eyes, and seemingly non-existing presence, he sat there ... quiet, calmly ... waiting for someone to mock him, yell at him, respond to his statements, anything. it seemed security didn't want to stop Claus, and the audience was more than interested in this debate than the original one ...

Claus nodded his head at the comment made by the man who approached and shortly after, sat in the chair previously occupied by Claus. "Well I won't ask your name viewer, but I will ask you one thing, There is not a doubt in my mind that God is an influence, a Symbol or even Hope itself to alot of people, But do you believe that there is a Deity watching us, his/her/its creation?"

Tsu was interested in the recent turn of events on the show. He had not really wanted to come but was forced to come to the world of the living and not kill unless he wanted to scrub las noches as an alternative punishment. There were two men on the stage and an invitation for him to join in. Tsu stood up and began walking to the stage and then took a seat in one of the chairs, and waited for the first man's question to be answered.

"Well. I know a lot of people are going to hate me for this, but.

He shifted a bit in his seat, smiling at the sight of another person joining in this debate.

"Wake up, people. It's as Nietzche said 'God is dead'. The idea of him is dieing out now, since he never was there to begin with.

That's all I have to say as to whether he exists or not. He spoke rather plainly, and seemed a little more uncomfortable after saying that ... since much of the audience were giving disparaging looks in response to his comment, nonetheless ... he meant it.

Tsu listened to the man's response with a slight bit of agreement, though not entirely. The he turned to the man who had knocked out the original host and began to speak.

First I would like to thank you for shutting that idiot up, I could not understand a damn thing he was saying. And now as you requested, my views on the idea of a "god". Tsu almost laughed at the thought then composed himself and spoke There may be an all powerful force controlling the universe and all of those in it. But if that is true then why would this force wish to reveal itself to human kind? I believe that there may be such a force but there is no possible way that a simple human mind could comprehend such an idea fully.

Tsu sat upright in his seat with a mocking grin plastered to his face as he said these obviously offensive words, judging by the scowls from the audience. But Tsu could not care less

The crowd of Japanese people responded to the mans comment, Some clapped and others started booing loudly. Claus waited for the crowd to settle down a little and he spoke finally in response to the man's comment; "You are truly someone who see's things logically, The fact that you see him as only an influence means of course that you are serious in when you say he is dead. His image IS dying little by little because the human race is evolving and we are evolving fast, and realizing little by little that This 'Divine being' Hasn't proved at all to the us that he truly exists." He then turned to face The new man who approached and made it sound as if he believed God existed. "Well your welcome, I hate Japs who Ramble about pointless shit. Now, you say that god is beyond our Comprehension? Fuck that! Who is to say how complicated or transcendent God is? Let me ask you a question Guest, Who was it that told you about this 'God' Being, who was it who introduced you to the entire concept of another being who was superior to you?Do nto answer that Question because the answer is; someone below this 'God' A human or someone of your. . . Race." claus looked over to a glass of water and then lifted it up to take a sip, it was probably the glass that belonged to the unconscious host.

Flames appeared from thin air, raising the temperature within a short radius. Soon the flames manifested into that of a man. A small man albeit, but a man none the less. Barely standing 5' feet tall, Allelujah took a seat to the left of the talk show host. The audience was in awe by the Bount's ostentatious appearance, yet they were more fixated on the interesting debate that was before them.

"You know, in my personal life I never admit to others that I am, in fact, a non-believer." Allelujah spoke. His tone wasn't condescending, nor was he trying to prove a point or trying to sound like the next Socrates. He was making a general statement about his life.

"My father is agnostic, my mother is a firm believer of God, as well as my many brothers and other siblings. I faked getting baptized and the works to convince them that I believed. Little did they know however, was that I was in fact, a non-believer. So now that you've established the futility of the God notion," Allelujah paused for a moment as a man ran across the stage to hand him a bottle of water. Whoever it was, Allelujah was thankful to him.

Taking a sip, he resumed. "What is it that's holding us back from letting the world know that we do not believe? Sure there are some figures such as the interesting Richard Dawkins fellow who stands out. But we are a majority masquerading as a minority. Do we need a political voice or what?" Allelujah asked. The host seemed wise, and Allelujah wanted to see his opinion on this.
