Name: Shiro Ryuuza [White Draco (dragon) constellation (stars)]

Manifestation: Shiro has two manifestions just like Sheero ee Tatsu did, a human and a Dragon, however the manifestations have altered slightly. The dragon form of Shiro Ryuuza looks highly like Sheero ee tatsu's dragon manifestation, having four legs, large sharp teeth, two wings and many frills and horns upon his head and body. However Shiro looks like he is made of stars *click spoiler*

Spoiler:

Shiros human manifestation looks younger then Sheero ee tatsu's. Shiro acts more carefree then the older uptight version of Sheero ee tatsu. Shiro has black and red hair insted of black and saphire blue hair like Sheero ee Tatsu. The manifestations Of sheero ee tatsu can appear without Rebecca summoning her Zanpakuto, they can sometimes appear transparent.

Family: Toxic Blood/ Moonlight [Fancy names *to make me feel special* >]

Level: Bankai

Command: "Reborn in the star-dotted night, you soar and acend upon the bloody heavens so we may rise once again...my fallen one"
This is the command said to summon her zanpakuto to her side, not a shikia command since once the zanpakuto is called out it is automaticaly in shikai

Shikai: In sheero's shikia state the white ribbons around the handle extend and wrap around her left arm or wave loosely in the wind, long white scale like blades grow out from the blade, and the eyes on the dragon head on the handle turn bright, glowing red. the scales can fold in to create a smooth surface or peirce out to stab a opponant. The blade looks shiny as if there was water on it. Upon the blade there is a coating of unpurified Botulinum Toxin, one of the most lethal naturally occuring substances known to science.
Rebecca's power increased at night time with the moon out and shining its light *like all other members of the Seitz family*, allowing a glow around her zanpaktuo to be bright crimson. Rebecca also grows fangs like a vampire *click spoiler for the blade as the scales are folded in*

Shikai ability: it increases her speed and strength along with her stamina, making her helpless human self fit for battle. it also allows her to defy gravidy, almost as if she has invisible wings on her back. Rebecca's Ability mainly relys off of blood, she can regenerate blood cells quickly so blood loss is never a issue, wounds given to her bleed heavily but its nothing to worry about as the lost blood cells are automaticaly replaced. Within her body she can produce Botulinum Toxin in her body without harming herself. The same toxin coats her blade and once a opponant is cut the toxins release into their body and effect their body.

Small Wounds: effects include Blepharospasm (excessive blinking) Migraine or other headache disorders[effects last for 2 posts]
Large wounds: the target begins to have double vision, dry throat and motuh from decreased siliva production[effects last 3 posts]
Severed Limbs/Impalement: This may be experienced as dyspnea (breathlessness), but when severe can lead to respiratory failure: to the buildup of unexhaled carbon dioxide and its resultant depressant effect on the brain. This may lead to coma and eventually death if untreated[effects last for 4 posts]

Bankai Release Phrase:
Acended above the heavens, you let thy wind guide you upon the blood soaked path ahead, dotting the starlit sky with streams of crimson light

Bankai: Crimson aura surrounds her and each footstep she makes sends a ripple through the aura as if it were water, and light crimson streams swirl around her and her hair turns to a redish color, grows long and she gets dragon wings on her back that are transparent and look like their made out of stars like her zanpakuto's manifestation and one of her eyes changes to crimson and has heat vision in it, making it unable for a target to hide that easily.

Bankai Ability: The wings upon her back allow her to cut through the air with ease making her faster and swift. her attitude changes, having one more filled for a lust for battle, she acts more seductive, having most males try to cut her clothes off the see her nude insted of injuring her x3 as in shikia, blood loss is never the issue since Rebecca can produce more and more blood cells. The zanpakuto morphs into 2 fans. which are made of metal and are razor sharp and coated in the Botiminum Toxin. Wounds from the fans are deeper and cause the toxins effects to start more quickly and last longer {+1 post duration}

Techniques

{Shikai&Bankia} Name: Poisonous Bite/Kiss.
AbilityRebecca has some Botuminum Toxin coating her teeth and mouth, However she focuses more of the toxins in her mouth area. She will then bite or kiss her target,

If Rebecca chooses to kiss her target then the Botuminum toxin distributes to her target through her siliva. Once the toxins are in the targets body they will slowly start to feel the effects of the toxins Rebecca chooses to kiss a target insted of biting them because more toxins are sent into the opponants body since she gathers most of her toxins created within her mouth.

1-4 posts: weakness spreads to the arms (starting in the shoulders and proceeding to the forearms) and legs (again from the thighs down to the feet
5-8 posts: In addition to affecting the voluntary muscles, it can also cause disruptions in the autonomic nervous system.
9-12 posts: postural hypotension (decreased blood pressure on standing, with resultant lightheadedness and risk of blackouts),
13+ posts: The toxins continue to infect the body, They attack the respetory muscles and the respitory system can become paralyzed temporarily. Death is generally secondary to respiratory failure due to paralysis of the respiratory muscles, so treatment consists of antitoxin administration and artificial ventilation until the neurotoxins are excreted or metabolised. Its best if the target retreats for immediate medical attention.

If Rebecca chooses to bite her target, the fangs she has will peirce her opponants skin, Her fangs are hollow so she injects her own blood which is contaminated with the Botulinum Toxin. Rebecca will try to bite certain muscles or simply the neck. Once the toxins start to infect the body because injecting overactive muscles with minute quantities of botulinum toxin type-A would cause a decreased muscle activity by blocking the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, thereby rendering the muscle unable to contract for a period of 1 to 3 posts.
Duration/Cooldown: 3 post cooldown, can be used 4 times maximum.

{Shikai} Name: Bite of Life
Ability: Rebecca bites herself on the wrist or a ally's neck with her fangs. The fangs are hollow as stated earier on, insted of delivering the Toxin Botulinum to herself or a ally she will inject an antitoxin that her body can also create to dystroy any poisonous substances within herself or a ally. The antitoxin also effects the cell regeneration rate within a person which means the cells regenerate faster so any wounds the biten being has will begin to slowly heal with the person feeling the side effect of fatigue. Severed limbs can be healed overtime however it weakens Rebecca greatly and the person whos limb has been severed will be tired greatly.
Duration/Cooldown: can be used 3 times in battle
Small wounds: Heals within 1-2 posts {1 posts cooldown}
Larger wounds: Heals within 3-5 posts {3 post cooldown}
Severed Limbs: Heals in 13-15 posts {can be used to heal severed limbs only once everytime Rebecca gains her shinigami powers}
Poisons: Nutrilized immediately{+1 post cool down to the type of wound}

{Shikai&Bankai} Name: Blood Armour
Ability: Using the blood spillling from the wounds upon her body. Rebecca can bend the blood so it covers certain parts of her body, such as a limb. Once the blood surrounds the skin It begins to harden to about 2/3 the hardness of aluminum oxide The area the blood surrounds isnt inpenetrable as reiatsu based attacks and progectiles seem to penetrate the armor easily. In some cases, Rebecca will reopen a healing wound or slice her skin to make herself bleed to create a more larger area of armor. The blood can also cluster together around areas such as her fingertips to create long dragonlike talons or other forms.
Duration/Cooldown: blood remains hard for 3 posts, 3 post cooldown, limited to 4 times

{Shikai} Name: Moonlight invision
Ability: Rebecca's body and zanpakuto becomes completely transparent, like her zanpakutos manifestation. This works best at night while the stars shine because Rebecca's body will be dotted with stars. During the day Rebecca is seen more easily as the appearence Rebecca has is of a dark see-through figure with stars. Rebecca also gains more speed and regains the ability to use shunpo *since she cant use shunpo along with regular kido*
Duration/Cooldown: Remains transparent for 2 posts, 3 post cool down, limited to 4 times

{Shikai&Bankai} Name: Wrath Of Shiro
Ability: She grows long talons and dragon scales on her index fingers and middle fingers on both hands. her speed and strength increase incredibly. her eyes turn red and pupils are slit like a cats with the whites of the eyes turning black. CLICK HERE TO SEE HOW THE EYES LOOK
after the scales start growing every post that passes two more finger gets covered with scales on each hand and the scales extend up her arm, chest and her cheeks. {meaning in 2 posts her hands are covered with scales} The scales are black and glitter like stars.
she can use this if she feels a strong emotion, she goes almost insane, not being able to control herself, this is like a fusion between her and her zanpakuto spirit. she doesnt need her zampakuto for this tech. she attacks with much force and speed, it can sometimes be hard to dodge her attacks.
she cant tell friend from foe, going crazy, she could turn on her teammates, but she can be shooken out of her tech, if she feels another stong emotion, shocking her, she'll go right back However if this is used at night time Rebecca will stay sane for longer
Duration/Cooldown: *this can be used once in a battle and only once, the duration is 4 posts, a duration can be reached longer then this but she'll end up going insane, feeling closed in and having a mental break down* *every 110 points she gains 1 duration*
