Shikai: Milic's Shikai takes on the Appearance of Zabuza's blade, a large blade except with a blue handle and a slight blue tinge inside the blade.
Shikai Ability: In it's Shikai state, it's special ability in Shikai is able to stretch the blade. Something like Renji's blade, but instead of whatever makes Renji's blade longer, it's a thin strip of water.
There are two forms in this technique, first is like the Renji's blade in Shikai except seperated with a thin strip of water. The second one is changing the blade into completely water except the handle is still a solid and the blade being water now has a longer range and still has the same effect as a regular blade meaning it can cut through things.
Bankai:
While in Bankai, the blade brakes apart and forms again with a different shape and size. The blade splits into two, the two blades having the shape of antlers. The blades are a dark blue with a slight aura of a light blue surrounding it. The two antler blades can be fused together and form a sort of mini blade tree. The trunk being the middle and main blade with branches sticking out of it.
Bankai Ability: In Bankai, the blades emit a type of reaitsu able to make the water in the atmosphere largen, enough to feel some moisture in the air. It is only enlargened to become still microscopic, but one is able to feel it. That water is controllable by Milic, and Milic only. In an instant, Milic could create a large wave with the surrounding particles of water. Water in ice and snow are broken down to that microscopic size.
Techniques:
Name: Water Run.
Effect: Water Run is probably the most simplest of Milic's techniques, it's basically a shunpo except running on water. The water moves for Milic, as new water generates from Milic's feet, the water being left on the ground sort of solidifies and turns into a weak ice. Use of this water is in other techniques.
Duration and or Cooldown: It lasts for 2 posts, but it can be cancelled out by Milic in the first post he uses it and there is no cooldown in that, only the next time he uses it would only be one post and there is a one post cooldown.
Name: Water discs
Effect: Milic is able to make multiple discs on his blade that can fly off only with the swing of the blade, without any attempt to attack the opponent and no swing, the discs will not fly off.
Duration and or Cooldown: 4 discs are made on the blade, and the discs last for 3 posts, on the blade is 4 posts. Once used, a 2 post cooldown is required.
Name: Sharks
Effect: A swing of the blade and a shark can be created, the shark flying over at the opponent. The only bad thing about the shark is that it can be destroyed with a single slash and a hit of a hard object. It bites like a regular sharp, but on contact and a second of the biting, it falls and just become your regular water again. Something like Kisame's sharks o.o
Duration and or Cooldown: The shark last for as long as it wants, only be stopped by hitting something hard or getting destroyed by the opponent, OR injuring the opponent and seperating. A 3 post cooldown is required.

| Well... I thought since he was a regular Shinigami. Not an LT or Captain, he should have a time limit! I mean... In the series you wouldn't see a regular Shinigami running around with a Shikai! Except those seated officers :O |
