Shikai: The blade of Ryo Wo begins to glow bright blue.
Shikai Ability: In this state, the user is able to change the form, density and temperature of water by using their own spiritual energy. The user is also able to collect water from a water source (the sea, a lake, etc), underground and from the moisture in the air. An inexperienced user is able to carry around 50~70 gallons, more experienced users will be able to increase this amount. The speed in which the user is able to manipulate the water is determined by how much effort the user is using, the manipulation speed can be increased if the user uses their hands to aid the manipulation, without using their hands, minimal effort is being used.

Name: Nagashikomu (wash down)
Effect: The user will use their spiritual energy to summon a desired amount of water and alter it's form, density and temperature, after doing this, the user will then use this water to attack their opponent. The user is able to divide the amount of water into smaller amounts and alter them instead, this could be used to allow multiple attacks at once.
Duration and or Cooldown: This technique lasts for 1 post and requires a 1 post cooldown.
Name: Arainagas (wash away)
Effect: The user will use their spiritual energy to summon a desired amount of water and use it to wash away or attack their opponent, if the user wishes, they can also alter the form, density and temperature of the water, although, the more water there is, the more spiritual energy is used to alter the water.
Duration and or Cooldown: This technique lasts for 1 post and requires a 3 post cooldown.
Name: Gouheki (barrier)
Effect: The user will use their spiritual energy to summon a desired amount of water to either form an almost impenetrable water barrier or totally encase themselves from the enemy within a shell of water.
