Shikai Ability: She can freeze attacks with her Zanpakuto (not physical attacks) she can only freeze kido spells up to #73 unless if incantation is said, then its only up to #54 and she can freeze Balas.


Techniques:

Name: Ice Shield
effect: she can make a temporary wall of ice to come in front of her, for quick defense against strong attacks.
cooldown: 1 post

Name:Blizzard prison
effect:she can make a huge blizzard surround her enemy,freezing them in a block of ice.
cooldown: opponent is frozen for 4 posts

Name:Spear dance
effect: fifty ice spears appear from different directions and are shot at the enemy (can be shot a few at a time and are avoidable)
cooldown:needs to wait 2 full post to preform attack again.

Name:Wolf of Ice/snow
effect:she can summon an ice wolf from the ground,whatever it touches turns to ice, even its bite can numb the enemy
cooldown: 6 posts, the numbing 3 posts...and it takes 8posts to be able to attack with the wolf again.

Sounds like Rukia's zanpakutou.

Your ability sounds like a bunch of techniques, choose one of those for the ability and make the other ones techniques

Cooldowns need to be bigger and you need a limit of kidos you can freeze and you can only freeze balas, cause cero are powerful.

is this ok? or does the kido limit need to be bigger?
