Name: Lajuria
Release Phrase: Seduce, Lajuria!
Represent: Lust
Element: Darkness/Shadow
Sealed Description:
The sealed sword is an old-english long sword. This sword is thick but is light in Nelia's hands. Her sword's hilt is black and as two hooks that look like bat wings on them. At the base of the sword, it curves in slightly to allow the enemy's blade to be caught when she does her infamous "Koi Carp" manoeuvre.
The sheath is also black with silver inlay to make it more beautiful. But the inlay is strong and as such, allows her to batter the enemy with the sheath also.
The sword has two loops near the top to attach to the owner's belt.
Released Description:
The release covers Nelia's torso in hollow plate armour. It is very revealing of her body, consisting of the briefest of bras extending into a corset which in turn ends in a long black skirt. All of her hollow armour is black.
She also has a pair of demon wings now and a arrow-headed tail. Her eyes also lose their pupils and her hair is tied back by a WHITE hollow mask. Her hollow mask resembles a woman's face with fangs sprouting from the lips.
Her calves and feet are enshrouded in hollow plate armour too. Her feet end in four distinct (and sharp) claws. This is true of her arms as well, being covered in hollow plate armour and ending in claws fingertips.
Ultimate Ability/Attack:
When released, her most powerful technique is the ability to summon forth the powers of the hollows she's eaten. For the sake of simplicity, these powers will only be those of the community has seen her eat (just so she can't pull out any hidden moves).
However, she can only call forth one set of techniques at a time. For example, if she were to take on the abilities of one hollow she must keep those powers for at least five posts. She may not change them until the five post count it up.
The abilities she calls however are much more limited than those of the eaten. The effect is simply dilution. Her own reiatsu dilutes the effects of abilities to a certain extent. It's widely known that Nelia's power comes from those she devours. What isn't widely known is her ability to switch powers. It's not their effectiveness but her flexibility that makes her a fearsome opponent.
Innate Ability:
Her ability that is integral to her when released is the ability to call forth bad memories from the person. For example, she was fighting an arrancar before and she stopped him in his tracks simply by asking "did your father ever forgive you? Let me tell you a secret...He cursed your name even as you carved out his heart."
I must stress, this is NOT mind-reading. This is the ability to pull strong memories from the enemy to use in battle. She can use these memories to make others experience painful memories again. Naturally, this impacts their concentration and speed. She can play on the most basic fears a person has.
So, how does one avoid this power? The answer is simple: You can't. Unless one has absolutely no fear she can pull out a bad memory. If one has fully accepted their past and the memories that go with it, everything she says is pointless anyway. Another good way is to find a happy memory and concentrate on it. However, one should note that it slows you to do so. And this does not dilute the effects completely.
Her best tactic is provoking the enemy into a rage from which they have no hope of beating her with. If an enemy becomes enraged, they have not a single hope against the cool and calculating Nelia. If one is as calm and calculating as she is then they are liable to be able to fight on par with her. If one can contend with bad memories then comes the small matter of out classing her swordsmanship. Fortunately, she has few ranged moves in her released state so she is quite vulnerable to attack if bad memories do not affect the enemy.
Appendix:
In order for the bad memories not to affect someone they need to fit into one of two categories: Madmen or those who completely accept their past. There will be NO miracle avoidances of this technique. Its range is as far as the enemy is and it spans out in a circle around her. The spreading of it is near instantaneous. However, the effect grows stronger the longer she is released. It takes about 3 posts to reach maximum potency.
Techniques:1:
- Spoiler:
Name: Cero Diablos
Effect:
Spanish for "Zero Devils" (Japanese for "Lust Purge"), this technique makes all shadows within her realm (Desesparcion, her innate ability) shoot outwards and wrap around her claws. Then, she slashes her claws downwards, releasing these shadows into the atmosphere.
These claws are capable of slicing buildings in half and killing anything lower than a fourth seat in one attack. If it hits, this move can be quite devastating. The Reiatsu of the enemy does have an effect on it but nothing stops this technique completely. It must leave the boundaries of Desesparcion before it fades. It only travels in a straight line so it's relatively easy to avoid.
Cooldown:Instantaneous in release, five turns recharging.
2:
- Spoiler:
Name: Sed de Sangre
Effect:
Nelia focusses her reiatsu onto her palm and pulls the enemy towards her like a magnet. This is VERY quick. Only those proficient in Sonido or Flash Steps can avoid this realistically speaking. Some might get their legs caught by the invisible strands of reiatsu but otherwise it's avoidable that way.
The snag is, you have to know when Nelia's using this technique to avoid it. To the untrained eye it simply looks like she's preparing her Cero (Although, people should know it fires from her mouth). In other words, unless you know her personally and have seen her using these techniques, you are unlikely to be able to avoid it. It would take quite a lot of power to break these invisible strands so it's best to prepare an attack and not waste the energy.
Another tactic for avoiding this technique is preparing a ranged technique in advance of her using it. She will immediately stop and avoid the ranged technique. Of course, once that's done she'll real the enemy in like a haddock.
Duration: It's a post of preparation and firing. The cooldown is three post.
3:
- Spoiler:
Name: El Ojo
Effect:
Her right eye sees the reiastu patterns in the air. As such, by closing one eye, she is immune to blinding effects and strong light. Hell, complete darkness cannot hide someone from this eye. This technique is continuous so it is not possible to sneak an invisible reiatsu-type attack by her. She will be able to see it an avoid it.
Note that the eye, aside from having a red iris, does not appear to be doing anything. Indeed, nobody can actually see her eye because it's covered by her fringe.
