Sealed Zanpaktou: None, Alastor is in a constant release state, but the powers are inactive until Zeno wills it so this might be a sealed state

Shikai Ability: As long Zeno is in contact with Alastor, it pulses a strong lightning through his body which he can use to power up his physical attack and give a shock to them, shoot single bolts of lightning and streams of lightning. He can also activate a "plasma vision" which gives everything a light blue color and can see far distances, spiritual pressure appears a blue lightning stream and he can see streams of reiatsu that people have been, similar to a scent.

Techniques:

Electric drive[Shikai]-Zeno swings Alastor and gives a blue lightning slash of reiatsu that differs in power based on how much reiatsu he puts in the blade.

Feedback dome[Shikai]-Zeno creates a half dome in front of him that can block reiatsu and physical attacks, anybody who touches it is shocked by the lightning.

Amp blade[shikai]-Zeno charges the electricity in is arm and concentrates it in his hand, screating a spiking ball of lightning. This can be used to either cut straight through almost anything or can explode in a large lightning blast. 4 post cooldown.

Gotta add cool downs on your first two techs....its not bankai level so do change that
